We have been loyal to Absolute Airflow for about 5 years now. We are super happy with their service and their representatives. Visit with Josh C. recently was so appreciated as he was very thorough and educational. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you Absolute Airflow.

While I have not yet signed a contract, I’m very impressed with the presentation the knowledge and the follow through from Gabriel, the sales rep. Their pricing is not particularly competitive, but they do include things that are not included in other quotes. And frankly, price is not always a concern in my eyes, other than apples to apples, but they are superior in their product line and professionalism. Should I choose to go ahead with the project, I will give a more comprehensive review.

A few weeks ago a technician came to my house and told me that the refrigerant levels were low and that the compressor was over amping. He gave me some service options however I declined them as after his inspection he ran the system and everything appeared to be working normally and cooled the house down sufficiently. That was $148.
I had not turned the AC after the inspection until yesterday and after having it on for about an hour I realized that the house was not cooling down so I made an appointment for another appointment. After today’s appointment it was discovered that I had a leak coming from the condenser unit as well as the evaporator coil which I was not aware of after my first appointment (other than the freon levels being low). Today’s appointment cost me $666 for possibly 1 hour worth of work. So between the two appointments I have now spent $814 just to have a diagnosis of a couple of leaks which for some unknown reason was not discovered on the first $148 appointment. That is absolutely absurd.
And to be fair I would like to point out that both of the technicians were very professional and courteous. My discontent lies with the fact that the leaks were not discovered in the first inspection and it took an additional $666 inspection to find that out.

Andy and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable about our old (1940’s) heater. They were efficient and happily answered my questions along the way! They were clean and professional. Also appreciate their friendly conversation. Jessica did a great job on the communication/dispatch side of it. Definitely call them!

Jacob came to my house for a shower drain cleaning. The man went above and beyond cleaning the calcium hard water deposits from the drain and overall did an amazing job. Strongly strongly reccomend this company. They're very honest and Jacob specifically is a great guy.

I called absolute airflow to come give my air conditioning and furnace unit a tuneup. The office staff was professional, courteous, and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days at my convenience. Dean arrived on time, was very friendly, and took safety and cleanliness precautions in my home. He was very thorough in examining the unit, had a lot of feedback for me, took pictures, and wrote a detailed accounting of the status of the unit for the next time they come out. Dean was so nice, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations without making me feel like he was upselling me. It was awesome dealing with Absolute Airflow, I will definitely feel comfortable trying their plumbing service as well now.

Donovan came out to do an AC "get ready for summer" exam on my unit. What a great job! My unit looked brand new when he was done. Absolutely the best!! Donovan was thorough and efficient and showed me pictures of all the work that was done. What a team - Donovan and Absolute Air... couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars, as one of their managers named Devon reached out to me and confirmed that my warranty was good and not expired as their previous person told me. They looked over the paperwork I sent them and agreed I was in the right, and Devon even took the time to come out personally and get my system up and running at no cost to me. The only reason I did not change it to a full 5 star is that the issue occurred in the first place. However the fact that it was handled relatively swiftly and professionally has renewed my faith in this company.

Christian from Absolute Airflow performed AC Cleaning today as part of the annual Maintenance Agreement we have. Christian was efficient, professional, informative, and very knowledgeable about the job that he does. My husband and I appreciated the information that he provided to us. In general, we are very impressed and commend Absolute Airflow for hiring excellent technicians such as Christian Valdez.

Service was great and informative. Thank you Josh, you were great. Would love to renew service but yearly membership cost increased and no offers available or promoted to keep a client. I’d recommend just look for promos (with any company) and take advantage to keep your consumer cost down. Would love to stay but if they aren’t going to make an offer, my business is always welcomed anywhere.

We've been with Absolute Air for 4 years now and I am completely satisfied with their service. Today's appointment with Edward T was amazing! He was very polite and easy going with my standards of cleanliness. That was a major plus for me. He was knowledgeable of the AC unit and was eager to explain every aspect of his findings.

Excellent! Very professional, knew their stuff, got my unit fixed and up and running quickly. They had the parts and we were up and running. Tony is an excellent tech. I do not hesitate to recommend him or Absolute. Thank you!

So Anthony came and started troubleshooting my air conditioner condenser and removed some panels to test all voltage from and to the condenser. And told me that I need to replace my secondary control motor and to protect it from future problems I would need a surge protector and a compressor saver kit. I have 3 ( three ) options; 1st option just the secondary control motor $600, 2nd option secondary control motor & compressor saver kit for $1100(+), 3rd option buy all three for $1600(+). When I google an air conditioner condenser it was $1400(+)for NEW not installed. So I did more research about this secondary control motor and came down to being a capacitor which he said that I couldn’t buy it. I tell you if there’s a will there’s a way. Found it in AMAZON for $32.45 glad I just paid the $69 service charge and didn’t get sucker in. When I told him that I’ll just pay for the service charge he then closed up all the panels he opened but, didn’t even put back all the hardware from my condenser which mind you that there was only 2(TWO) screws, he just installed one. They use this BIG WORDS making you think that it’s more than what your paying but, technically it is not. “ Secondary Control Motor “ AKA CAPACITOR simple part.

WOW! These guys are great. I never thought I'd say that about an air conditioner service but I am impressed. Timely arrival, very thorough work and courteous. Christian Valdez gave us really good explanations about our 3 AC units. He was not rushed and was very professional.
I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC service you need. The technicians are not on commission so you will not have to deal with a lot of upselling of parts and/or services that you probably don't need.

Benj was very patience and explaining the pros and cons of tankless and tank. I informed i am not ready yet for an upgrade, but no pressure at all. He understands what the client needs at this time. When I am ready I will give them a call.
