Paloma's just finished transforming our front yard into beautiful desert landscape. They got the whole job done in 4 days and gave us exactly what we wanted. Alex sent email updates every day and went out of his way to find all the plants we asked for (including 3 nurseries to find a silver torch cactus). He was very friendly and professional, and stuck to his estimate. They clearly wanted to make us happy clients. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wow, is the only word I have for what Paloma’s Water & Dirt did on my front, side, and back yards. From the moment I met Alex, to the final day of work, I was beyond impressed with him. I don’t know if he is an owner of the company, but his personal ownership of the job made me think he was, or if he isn’t he should be. He was thoughtful, creative, customer-focused, professional, and kind throughout the entire project. He pulled me off the ceiling a few times with grace and professionalism. He took my vision and made it a reality. On more than one occasion he went “above and beyond” to meet my expectations. He is an impressive young man and I think Paloma’s is fortunate to have such an outstanding representative of the company, in Alex. He wasn’t above getting in there with the crew and working hard along side of them, which just reinforced for me his commitment to the project and to Paloma’s. I’ve already given his name out to several neighbors. Thank you again, Alex.

All the crew members were hard-working and competent. However, there are a few notable standouts; for one, supervisor Greg, who came after hours on multiple occasions to water the cement and to ensure the work level was thorough and of high-quality. On several occasions, Greg would knock on my door and he would explain to me what was happening and what I could expect to see. He too was professional and kind, and he did really good work as well.

The other two crew members I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Christian and Gabriel. What a couple of hard workers these two are!! Seriously, I observed them on multiple occasions and they never let up. Whether they were digging holes, putting in irrigation pipes, shoveling or moving rock, they just kept working. They would take a minimal break to eat lunch, but then went right back to working hard. A couple of weeks during the project, the temperatures were in the 90s and/or 100 degrees range, but they seemed to have one mode and that was “beast” mode. Haha! And, they were professional, thoughtful, and kind as well. Every Monday they would move my trash bins so they wouldn’t be missed by the trash vehicles, which I appreciated so much.

Lastly, I am just so impressed by the whole Paloma’s team. They do good work for a reasonable price. Sure, it was a lot of money, but I can say with absolute certainty, I don’t regret spending one penny on it. I am beyond pleased with the final result. If you’re looking for someone to design and install landscaping/hardscaping at your home, give Alex at Paloma’s Water & Dirt a call. He is great and so are all the various crew members. I had a flood issue due to a badly planned patio conversion before I bought my house. I called Paloma’s and they came up with a solution and installed a drain out to the gutter. Looks great and now I’m not worried about the next big rain storm.
Then I had them upgrade my garden bed with decorative rock and spread desert gold sand over my front yard.
Get a free estimate from them, they will work with you to get a quote you can live with and their guys do a great job and very neat.

We wanted to transform our backyard and Paloma was the perfect landscaping crew to do it. We worked with Alex, and he was very professional and punctual throughout the process. Alex gave us a variety of options and recommendations for plants and rocks to help transform our backyard. He was always willing to work with us and offer ideas to help us through the process of transforming our backyard. I have been a member of Preferred Services for just a few months so far, but had 3 service or maintenance calls. Each time I am greeted with extremely professional and helpful service in my home and on the phone. Both TJ & Kaze have been incredibly professional. Great company. Happy customer.

Luis and Julio did a great job for us. Preferred Plumbing has always been very thorough and professional (Jean). Plumbers with a sense of humor? Friendly too! And they know their stuff!
We have a service contract, and have taken advantage of the member discount pricing on parts. Service contract has paid for itself.
I don’t dread calling the plumber when it’s Preferred.

Had a great experience with the owner Rick helping me process what my issues were and what the best solutions would be for our AC needs at home. I have two units that needed to be replaced, and he walked me through from start to finish. Trust is a big deal in business, and no doubt this is one of the rare businesses that provides that. Highly recommended.

Great service with same day delivery/ insulation. Luis is very knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate our needs. He was here over 5 hours and double checked connections and function several times. He is friendly and courteous. A very good experience.

some says that plumbers are worst than mechanics of upselling you stuff that you dont need, in case ABSOLUTE AIR FLOW proved the opposite. they werehonest, on time ,and professional. Josh the technician who solved my problem was very polite, patient, and knows what he was doing.

I have dealt in the past with many plumbers! Fortunately I was referred by my insurance to Preferred Services! I had a gas leak at my home and needed to re-pipe the gas lines. Luis showed up at the time that they stated and did a wonderful job. Luis walked me through what he thought was best and agreed on the plan. He is very friendly, conscientious and efficient on his time and what needed to be done. After the installation was completed, he pointed out a few things that he saw that may be needed down the road as well as how to reduce the hard water issue that we seem to have in Palm Springs. Overall, it was a great experience and will be calling Preferred Services/Plumbing for future plumbing needs, and I will request Luis.
