This was honestly one of the smoothest home service appointments I’ve had. The technicians showed up right on time and explained exactly what they were going to do before starting. They worked efficiently and were very respectful of the house. After they finished, the airflow improved almost immediately. The system also sounds less strained now when running. Very happy with everything.

The service exceeded my expectations. The technician took time to inspect the system, answer my questions, and explain what was being done during the cleaning. The work was completed efficiently without rushing, and I could immediately tell the difference in the freshness of the indoor air. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I felt informed every step of the way.

This is the 2nd time I have set an appointment with this company. It’s the 2nd time they have no showed with out even a call. I wanted to give them a second chance . That was a big mistake, never again such poor business practices.

No call no show day 1. Day 2 showed up late. Looked at the job and said it would cos5 300% more than the quote (so bait and switch), then just took off as we attempted to call the office.

No call no-showed for a scheduled dryer vent cleaning. Very disappointed, will have to go with another company

I had a really clogged dryer duct and the serviceman said it was really long and that is why it got so clogged. He worked very hard to get it cleaned and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Good Service!

A-1 Duct Cleaning is awesome! The staff is very helpful and efficient. I am a local resident in Orange County, CA and I searched all over for quotes on my house and their's was the best.

I had so much dirt in my ducts it was crazy! And they were able to recommend some good people to help fix some other things around my house.

Awesome service. Called these guys today as my new dryer wasn't really working right and the GE tech told me it was the duct that needed cleaning. A-1 came the same day I called and resolved the issue within minutes.
Definitely recommend them and will use their services again if needed.

A1 Duct cleaning did A great job. Put on a spark arrestor, cleaned the chimney and also put in a new log lighter And removed the old, fake logs and put in beautiful glass that glows when the fire is lit highly recommend them

“The vent cleaning technician was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our vents. He took off all the vents and scrubbed it all down. He did such a great job that I asked my husband if he bought new vents too . He was so thorough with his work and cleanup that you wouldn’t even know he was there. Everything was left spotless after he left .
