Great service. Called one day and was able to set an appt for the next day. They showed up and did a great job. the owner was actually the guy that came out.. The chimney was pretty bad but he still honored the price he gave me.. I had called a few others to get a quote.. But they were call centers... Glad I went with A1

I contacted A-1 about dryer duct cleaning services on a Sunday and I had my ductwork cleaned and dryer flex duct replaced before 8p on Monday. I did not expect a response (they are closed on Sundays), but Phil and team came through for me. They responded quickly, booked a time that worked for my schedule, and conducted themselves professionally and courteously throughout the process. Luis showed up on schedule, worked quickly, and cleaned up as if he wasn't ever there! Great company, great service, highly recommend!

Great experience. Originally, I had a different company come out, they charged 2x as much and didn't solve the problem.

I found A-1 Duct Cleaning, they scheduled me in next day, and they cleaned out the vents properly. The issue was the previous owner installed siding over my dryer vent, so no matter how well you cleaned, the dryer wasn't venting and working properly.

BUT, Luis from A-1 duct cleaning figured out where my duct was supposed to be by blowing air through the ducting. He showed me where it most likely was, and I cut open the siding and found the vent that was previously incognito.

Luis saved me a TON of time in headaches + probably from a massive fire hazard.
