I noticed these ugly black soot marks on my white ceiling right around the air vents. The technician from Flawless Ducts explained that my dirty ducts were actually blowing old soot and dust directly into my rooms.

He scrubbed the inside of the metal pipes until they were totally shiny again. Since then, my ceilings have stayed perfectly clean and the air in the house feels much lighter. I’m so glad I got this taken care of before I tried to repaint!

My birds made their home in the air duct. No joke. These people arrived, meticulously cleared out the debris, disinfected the duct, and put in a vent cover to prevent a recurrence. It was an unanticipated, courteous, and quite enlightening experience.

VERY MISLEADING - I called the number for the Tip Top Dryer Vent business located on Von Karmen in Irvine. I stated I wanted my dryer vent cleaned & they quoted me $60. The techs were nice and on time BUT quoted $450 to clean my dryer vent. That is a huge bait & switch. They said the $60 it to come out and look, it did not include pulling out the dryer, clean & sanitize the vent, etc... I proceeded with the job, as it needed to be done. I am satisfied with the work but won't hire them again due to the huge price difference quoted on the phone vs in person. When I went to pay, they had me make out the check to Carpet Care - so Tip Top is outsourcing the work.

The dryer vents and ducts were cleaned so well and thoroughly. I’m so happy to have found this company and that they did such a good job. Now we have a company that is our go to for this service and will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaner
