Our heater went out on Superbowl Sunday. Left a message and they called first thing Monday morning. Arrived and diagnosis the problem quickly. Came back early Tuesday morning and repaired the heater. They did a great job, and I appreciate using a local company.

I had Bradley come out to quote adding a mini-split, I also had Alecko come out to do a yearly maintenance on my existing unit. Both Bradley and Alecko are very knowledgeable about mini splits. Gave me several options for adding the additional unit/ updating my entire system so I don't draw to many voltage with several outdoor condensers.

Though we have not decided what to do with the repair of our HVAC system, it has been a great experience having interacting with the owner Luke.

What makes a pro is that they are very curious of difficult cases, when others shy away from it - Luke is one for sure! He came with several diagnostic equipment a couple of times. Best of all, he was interested in solving the problem we had knowing several other HVAC people could not figure out what the problem was.

I have lots of respect for an owner operator like this and will definitely reach out to them again!

Our ductless heating & air system stopped working unexpectedly during a cold snap. Luke was able to fit us in with an appointment promptly and Anthony diagnosed and explained the problem the next day during our appointment. EXCELLENT service! We were having issues with our AC and because of its age, I thought any service company would tell us it is beyond repair and try to sell us a new one. Boy was I wrong! Mike came in and enthusiastically went on to tackle troubleshooting it. Mike looks like he was just out of high school but does he know his business! He explained everything as he went along and got our unit up and running again. He took his time and did not rush thru it and cleaned up after himself. I can't begin to explain how satisfied I am with Hamel from the initial process to the end. But let me tell you in hopes that you all reading would take this to heart if you find yourself doubting this group/ Team that just swept through my house in just 4hrs. Luke's recommendations on my heating system was well experienced, professional and smart due to the old system I had not working the right way. He cares for his customers and really wants to make you happy with their service. They provided me with an enormous discount in wich there would be no way to pay back what he has left in my heart for my families sake. We had been cold every night for the past 3yrs, having a special need daughter who is life bound to a wheelchair constantly has cold feet due to bad circulation. I hope and pray for the best of Hamels team they are so awesome. During the installation they kept the house clean were always respectfull and were willing to help out more than what was contracted. The skill they presented is undoubtedly top notch and well dressed in all section of their business. Words can't explain the service they provide, you can't go wrong. If I were you folks Hamels should be #1 on your list if you need anything within the AC / Heating trait. I would like to say that I really appreciate how quick and professional these guys are. I am in the middle of escrow to possibly buy a house and had them come out to look and see the quality of the system in place. They were able to evaluate and let me know quickly, as time is of the essence in escrow, that I had 2 failed units that could possibly could set the home on fire if an unqualified person tries to work on the units. They sent me pictures explained in detail what was happening with the units and didn’t make me feel pressured. Amazingly knowledgeable. Thank you.

We signed up for AC and heat annual service plan and it has worked out really well ! They go beyond what they are offering in that plan . Very detailed and catch issues before they have an opportunity to get worse . They also call to remind us rather than some other companies who have let that responsibility fall onto the consumer who ( in our case )will most likely forget. Pretty happy with them !

Luke was knowledgeable from the start. He has a passion for installing systems correctly without cutting the corners that an ordinary customer might not notice, but would greatly affect the efficiency and longevity of the unit. I highly recommend him as someone you can trust to do a professional installation.

Thanks to Derrick for helping us today with an estimate for AC. We are renters and asking our landlords to put AC in and we were so grateful for the kind and friendly service today.

My central air was dripping from the condensation drain in the cabinet and Mike from Hamel’s was able to come out the same day and install an overflow safety switch, unclog the drains and orifices inside the unit, and clean the compressor outside and check the coolant pressures for me. Customer service was excellent and all of the problems seem to be solved! Mike was very friendly and professional and was able to show me his work and explain why it was necessary. He also was able to answer any questions that I had for him. I would highly recommend Hamel’s if your AC or heater is having problems!

As shown from my initial contact with Mike, the work was superb and done extremely well. His personality, work ethic, and knowledge of customer service and the need for my services were amazing.

They solved a complex problem that no one else could resolve, even those that were highly rated in Yelp. They were very patient in explaining the issue and their proposed solution. While it wasn’t cheap, it solved an issue we had been having for 2 years. The work was quick and every single worker was polite and professional.

As always prompt courteous with no upselling. In an industry which has too many shady types Hamel stands out for honesty.
