Jackson & Foster is absolutely amazing! They are our go-to for any and all HVAC needs. We’ve had a few technicians come out over the years and they’ve all been awesome, but our most recent tech Kory went above and beyond. He spent over an hour thoroughly going through our entire system (cleaned all the things, changed filters, etc). I’m convinced the only reason our 17-year-old system is still working great is because of Jackson & Foster and their well-trained technicians. Seriously, if you have an HVAC need in San Diego, they’re the only ones you should call.

We had half a dozen companies size up our needs and left us with quotes Jackson and Foster were in the middle as far as price goes when comparing our needs. Allen our first contact with J&F was very professional. My wife and I went round and round and settled on J&F. The crew arrived on time and replaced the Heater and Air Conditioner, all ducting and vents. The install went very smooth, finished in one day. They left our house in the same condition it was found. We are extremely happy with the out come. We would use J&F again.

Second HVAC unit installed by this company. First one was in 1992, and was still working but on the way out. Excellent service, same as first time. Alberto and Miguel are great installers to work with. Give them a try, I believe you'll be glad you did. Update. Christian replaced the compressor motor and installed an air scrubber. All went well. On installation day, they were on professional and respectful. Miguel took time to fully explain what they did and how to use our new Nest thermostat. I highly recommend them!

Ricardo came first and inspected my neighbors bathroom and then came to my place and said there is a leak. Then he came with his equipments and try to fix the leak. Then he had to pick up the gasket from outside. He did not take too long. He was polite I asked him to check the tank was filling of and on. But he said tbere is no leek. But I hear that the tank is filling of and on today too. I am going to wait for few more days. Ricardo. Was very polite and professional.

We had Miguel Correa come to our house to evaluate the installation of a mini-split. He was punctual and professional to my wife, who was home with our baby, in discussing the work needed and the options we had for installing a mini-split.

He explained the potential costs and timeframes, considering we were in a bit of a hurry to get something installed. My wife did not feel like she was talked down to or our concerns ignored. All our questions were addressed.

Miguel responded to texts about any questions quickly and helpfully. If I ever work with Jackson and Foster again, he'd be the person I'd ask for.

The office and tech staff are superb - responsive, helpful, courteous, professional and extremely easy to work with. In my experience this firm is very unlike most service businesses today. In other words I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called when my heater went out. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and cheery and got me an appointment right away. The tech who came out- Kory- fixed the part that had stopped working quickly and efficiently. I actually had a billing issue but called the office and the Office Manager helped to resolve my issue. She was very kind and understanding and fixed the mistake. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend

My experience started with Cory inspecting my A/C unit. His inspection was the split unit was non functioning. I had a second part to the unit inside my bungalow was working fine. Cody checked with Lennox first to see if the unit could hook up with the outside one. I agreed to purchase a new unit for my place.
John Smith and his co-worker were on time and installed and check the working order of the new outside unit. All is well. Thank u for the service and follow through.
