I needed to have my unit checked to make sure there was no issues. Josh checked everything and replaced a few things that had been done incorrectly. Then he helped me with a maintenance plan that will save me money. This was all done 1 day after I called. Very fast and prompt service.

Thomas and his crew did a fantastic job. We had a big project putting in a new HVAC system in an older house and they really took the time and energy to make sure everything was done right. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome experience - Luke was very detailed & thorough in discussing all my options & potentials when I was debating whether to keep my existing 18 yr AC or replace - plus provide great alternative for a system that also had electric heat option I could benefit from due to having solar. Installation crew was a delight, professional, detailed, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience- Price very fair and I highly recommend them- I also appreciated no up sale pitches and the way I was treated with respect & dignity - Again - truly the entire process was an awesome experience.

I'm very impressed with Hamel's follow through and excellent customer service after installation of my mini-split system. Adriana went above and beyond to make the permitting process painless and Thomas was punctual, courteous and communicative with onsite logistics.

Was very nervous about having a new HVAC system installed in the house, but the crew from Hamel’s was absolutely fabulous. Not only were they very handy & versatile on working thru all the different facets of the process, they were extremely respectful & cautious around my household items which was greatly appreciated. Also they did a good job tidying up everyday! My highest recommendation.

After 30 years of repair and replace, we had a mismatch, undersized and inefficient HVAC system in our 1953 bungalow. Hamel evaluated and resized for maximum efficiency — AC and FAU (replacement necessary) along with upsized ductwork, additional new and enlarged registers where needed, and attic insulation. Cory, Brian, Greg, Thomas, and Luke (owner) were awesome to work with. Very conscientious about cleaning up, excellent communication. We love our system and never hear it running! So quiet! The temperature is reached very quickly and stays constant. We should’ve called Hamel years ago! Thank you!

The estimate was accurate. There were no sudden increases in price. The estimator listened to our needs and was communicating with us after he left via text. The installers were skilled and very clean. I would use this company again.

Update…..Brandon & Luis came back yesterday to install some new ductwork that was on order. They also hooked up heat pump and made some adjustments. Great job guys. And thanks to Tom Lairson for planning the A/C and heat pump configuration. I am very happy the whole experience.

First time user of Hamel's and it was awesome....5 out of 5 stars. I had a furnace that would not shut off, kept blowing air, and the crew came out next day to diagnose it. They did a great job identifying the problem and gave me an estimate at the sametime. Very professional, polite and clean. They ordered the part and a few days later when it came in, they came right out to fix the furnace. They gave me a good time window when to expect them and a 30 minute heads up before they actually arrived. The two man crew arrived at 9:00am and stayed till the job was done....8:00p.m. at night. It was during a cold spell and they said they were not leaving till the job was done right in order to get us heat that night. I even bought the service/member package in order to keep my system in tip/top shape. Totally recommend Hamel's.

We tried and met with several heating companies after our furnace gave out. The estimates were wildly spread out and it wasn't clear why there was such a huge difference with each company! However, Luke was kind and courteous with the estimate. He carefully answered all of my questions and his estimate was the most reasonable. The company also had a bank financing plan that we were able to use. The installation team led by Thomas were respectful and very clean! I totally recommend this business!

Awesome experience. Professional all the way around. Amanda was so friendly on the phone and Josh was super nice and was able to get straight to the problem and get it fixed. Don’t go for the big name guys go with Hamel’s you will not be sorry. Now we are nice and cool.

We had Hamel's fix two mini split units that were leaking as result of faulty install by our original contractor. As Airbnb hosts on a tight schedule, we needed someone quick and reliable. I specifically had an issue with coils freezing. They identified the issue (low refrigerant) did a refill offered to add a sealer and UV tracer to track the issue. The work was completely quickly and made a HUGE difference. I didn’t realize how bad my system was till they came by. Very appreciative for their help

Jack the sale Represenative and installation guys led by Jesse communicated everything accurately. They were very considerate of my time and the installation. I am very impressed with everyone’s ability to get this install done quickly and then on time.

Christian did a good job. He was honest. Other ac companies said I needed a new system, but Christian was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Will use Jackson and Heating from now on

Called Jackson & Foster for a follow-up leak issue involving the condensation tray / trap pipe. Albert was very helpful and explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. I will continue to use J & F for all my AC needs based on their excellent customer service and quick response. Thanks Albert!!
