Very organized, prompt, professional and thorough. Excellent communications. They even reprogrammed our learning thermostat (nest) and confirmed it was operating with our Wifi router.

I called to relocate the condenser at my new house and Jackson & Foster had a technician named Miguel come out the very next day and give me an estimate. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It was great customer service.

Our AC quit working in the beginning of September when it's still pretty hot out. J&F was able to fit me in within 24 hours!! The technician, Chris, was ahead of schedule and gave me a call to let me know he was at my house. He found our place easily (when a lot of other service industries cannot). Chris was very polite and helpful and after an inspection ended up replacing our wall thermostat. He walked me through the operations of it and I felt very confident in his work. He made sure that the air was cool before he left. Chris was a very nice and pleasant repair guy. I will definitely use Jackson &a Foster again!

I have used Jackson & Foster at both my business & residence for years! They have always done a good job. They have done everything from simple maintenance, to unexpected repair work, to massive commercial (on the roof) replacements for me. Their prices have always been fair and their service techs have always been knowledgeable and reliable.

As a small business owner - my heating & air conditioning are the last things I want to worry about - so I really appreciate that they are just a phone call away.

Jackson and Foster heating and air did an excellent job. From setting up the appointment I spoke with both Vanessa and Gina, to the technician Christian coming out and diagnosing our problem, (it turns out our system was old and had major rust so it needed replacement) he sat with us and went over our options for replacement, and we eventually found one that was directly in our price range and then he even got us scheduled for installation quickly. The install crew at J&F were also excellent and friend. I believe they’re names were miguel and josh. They we’re friendly and took into consideration the fact that my kids were on distant learning so they let us know when the noise was going to get a little loud. They also cleaned everything up nicely and our new system looks amazing.

Christian was professional, friendly, quick with the inspection/temporary repair (til the new system is installed). He text ahead of time and was even early! The price seems fair for the new system. They were also able to give me a next day appt! I’d recommend Jackson & Foster.

Our air conditioning stopped working right in the middle of our heat/humidity wave. Jackson and Foster was the company that could send us someone the soonest. Jackson and Foster is an AWESOME company for all your heating and air conditioning needs! Their owner, office staff, sales people and technicians are extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. The technicians worked so hard even on a very warm summer day completing the job in a very timely matter. We are so happy with our new super efficient and quiet Bosch air conditioning unit and Lennox heating unit. Thank you all for a job well done! Oh, and they left our house in pristine condition.

I called Jackson and Foster as my heating and air were not working. The next day Korey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He showed how my electrical system in the unit had actually burned.
Within 2 days the installers came out and worked diligently to install my new system. A huge job but they were excellent, very professional and tidy. I now have a new system that works beautifully.

Christian did a great job doing routine maintenance. He was also friendly and respectful. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He found moderate corrosion on a costly part and advised us to replace it before the warranty runs out in a little over a year.

Ely was punctual, professional, Efficient, and courteous.. He was amazingly effective in troubleshooting, and in finding optimal solutions. We are grateful for his professional skills and dedication to Service.

We recently had our heater and air conditioning units inspected and service by Jackson and Foster. The one unit had been installed by Jackson and Foster approximately 18 months ago while the heater was installed by another company about 13 years ago. The technician from Jackson and Foster was very conscientious, courteous and professional. He took the time to answer every question I had about both units and explained what he was doing during each step of the inspection process. I would definitely recommend Jackson and Foster for both new HVAC installs and servicing.
