After 4 calls in two weeks, still haven’t received a call back on maintenance of my ice cube machine. All four times talked with someone who says someone will call you! Still waiting! Who’s running this company???

Seriously the worst! Especially when the woman who sets up the service requests is out to lunch or late because you assume your requests are submitted but they aren't and then apparently shes the only one who knows anything which means there is no communication within this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID I don't recommend unless you want a vendor who treats you like you're harassing them when its their job to assist you. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY

Was very knowledgeable about the issues regarding my refrigerator. Very affordable as well I would highly suggest using them again.

Very good Install! Their pricing was competitive, they arrived when they said they would and did a very clean installation. They replaced my complete A/C system. They cleaned up a bad install by another company. Air is now freezing cold. Part of the install was a thermostat controlled by my phone.
