2 senior citizens purchased a ac from Comfort Air and a year or so later the ac was not working. It was the middle of summer in the desert and these people took over 10 days to get the part and fix the ac. The senior citizens had to stay in a cheap motel due to it being to hot to stay in their home without a ac. After the ac was repaired they wrote the owner a letter asking if they could get some compensation for the delay of 10 days to help them with the 10 day motel bill. The owner has never responded. For someone who says he is #1 in customer service and he's a big part of the desert community he could have taken 5 minutes out of his day to respond to these senior citizens who paid him. Very sad! I guess he's the King of rudeness.

Robert reached out from Comfort Air and resolved this issue very quickly. He spoke to the senior citizens involved and resolved their issues which I highly respect and appreciate. The senior citizens are very happy with the resolution reached. Thank you Robert for your attention to this matter . So I am revising my post to recommend Comfort Air they really do appreciate their customers.

comfort Air came to my house today and did a magnificent job checking the air and heat. There were some things that were going bad, so he immediately repaired them and explained everything in detail. He was very kind, helpful and patient in answering my many questions. Fernando does outstanding work. I’m very pleased and happy with this service and this company and I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning and heating needs. They seem to be very on top of things and they have excellent customer care and service.

Once again I scheduled my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. For this visit I had Jon Lucero assess my unit home HVAC and mini-split. He was very knowledgeable and efficient during the service. He reassured me that my unit was in good shape. However, he noted that my outdoor capacitor was near factory minimum and suggested that the part be replaced. He explained the reasoning for the recommended service and how the failing part might cause me to have a greater expense in the future if the part failed. I appreciated his explanation and authorized the repair.

I've found the service technicians employed by Comfort Air to be excellent professionals and will continue to use them for my maintenance inspections.

As a hotel operator, reliability is everything, and Comfort Air delivered every time. Their quick response, expert technicians, and courteous service made a noticeable difference. We were so impressed that we also used them at our private residence, where they provided the same outstanding level of care and professionalism. They truly understand urgency, whether in hospitality or at home, and consistently exceed expectations.

We had our first checkup on our HVAC system that Comfort Air installed earlier this year. Joshua was our technician and was friendly and very respectful. He checked our HVAC system and filter, checked our smart thermostat, and inquired how well the system was performing. He also answered a bunch of questions we had about the HVAC and our plumbing issues. Working with Comfort Air and their staff has been a great experience.

What a relief! A heating and air conditioning company that does plumbing that is both trustworthy and reliable. I’m a blue collar worker/family woman first responder that everyone thinks that just because I live in the OC they can tax me like I’m Bill Gates, prior to his divorce. Colten Tryon was not only on time he was 5 minutes early. He came clean-cut, dressed smartly, his shirt was tucked in, gig line straight, and his mustache tidy. He greeted me warmly with a smile and firm handshake. He asked me to lead the way which made me feel comfortable in my own home and did not go straight to the thermostat. He kindly asked if we could sit down and I led him to the living room and we sat down on the couch. Most ac guys go straight for the thermostat. He sat next to me and asked me what my concerns were. I can’t remember everything he asked but he was thorough. He asked if we had allergies, if there were some parts of the house that were warmer than others, how often the filter was changed to name a few. After a very detailed conversation he went to work. He serviced our condenser, then went up to the attic to service what he called an air-handler I think. This took roughly an hour and 15 minutes but our condenser looked brand new. He cleaned the coils and straightened some of the fins that my son ran into playing football in the back yard. He was perspiring profusely when he came down from the attic. He walked out to his service van and returned with a clean shirt with clean hands just to shake my hand and wish me well. That is service period. I cannot relay enough how amazing this company is and the services they provide, all without price gouging. This company restored my faith in humanity. 10 out of 10 stars for Comfort Air. In specific, thank you Colten.

Just had an install done by Comfort Air, Vincent was the installer and he was EXCELLENT! Luis was our service tech and he too was excellent and very professional. Staying at my parents house in Costa Mesa I needed quick heating service. I found Comfort Air to be the best with there quick response time out of all companies I reached out to Friday evening. Trevor was my technician and he was excellent! He spent time reviewing our system and went over options to keep our system running in tip top shape. He also performed a complimentary water heater flush. They do plumbing too so convenient!! Signed up on there membership program! Thank you Trevor and Comfort Air. 5 star service!

This is a shot out to Jeff. Every time I call, he is always fast and find exactly the part that I need. He is always polite and friendly.
