I had a great technician, Luis Renteria, from Comfort Air, who checked the filters and the heating unit in my home.
He noticed that the actual closure in the attic for the AC/heating system was improperly sealed. He remedied the problem.
Luis is a great representative of Comfort Air.

Comfort Air in Thousand Palms did my service call for my air conditioner on 6-16-2024. They charged me $115.00 for the service call, which I didn't have a problem with. They charged me $999.14 for the A/C Compacitor for the compressor. The price is unfair in my opinion.

We have regular maintenance with Comfort Air on our Comfort Air A/C and have always been happy. This time was no different. Travis addressed every question and concern we had and took care of checking everything out. He changed our filter, climbed into our ceiling to tend to our heater and cleaned the compressor outside which was filthy after a recent dust storm. We’re very happy with Comfort Air and highly recommend them and Travis.

Just had our annual service performed again by service technician Colten Tryon. He is an absolute credit to Comfort Air, and is one of the reasons we stay with them every year. He extremely knowledgable and personable, was very timely, and is an absolute pleasure to work with, as is their entire office staff.

This is an excellent company, and because of people like Colten we continue to highly recommend them.

Daniel and I believe his sidekick was John were GREAT. They were here for two hours sorting out the problems with my A/C unit.
Both were very professional and polite, and explained what they were doing and what was needed to get things on track. Price at the end of the job was very very reasonable, in fact I’m going to call tomorrow to sign up for their one year maintenance program.
I am so pleased I called this company, they get five stars but they are worth ten. Thank you.

Technician Luis Renteria did annual air conditioning check at my place this morning. He was super friendly…arrived on time, worked efficiently and then was on his way. So great cuz today is a busy day for me!

Comfort Air comes twice a year to service my air conditioner which I purchased from them 5 years ago. Travis Liegey did the sevice yesterday and as always was kind and efficient in his work. They are the best. Thanks Wayne

Really don't want to write a bad review after reading all the positive reviews. I had a kitchen sink just installed by someone else. The sink was leaking so I called Comfort Air, they were one of the few that would come out that day. The plumber looked under my sink a few minutes and then said I needed new plumbing in my entire house! For $22,000!!! I laughed and thanked him for his time. Luckily I had another plumber scheduled who arrived shortly after. He fixed my sink for $180. The contractor didn't seal and screw the drain on properly causing the sink to leak.

From start to finish, their professionalism was evident in every step of the process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we understood how to operate and maintain the units. We just had our seasonal service check here in the desert. Love Comfort Air. First, they call to remind you to schedule the service which is so helpful, then they send a wonderful technician like Salvador Saavedra, who is knowledgeable, pleasant and works so quickly to assure that our three units work to perfection. I had a question about our Nest thermostat and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend them for install and/or service on any level!

Excellent plumbing service! Lelton and Tolo were dispatched to fix my plumbing issue with the sewer lines. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to assess and repair the issue! Would highly recommend them!

My plumber Lelton was absolutely amazing, customer service isn't dead, comfort Air truly saves the day, I have a custom home with high end fixtures and Lelton diagnosed it quickly and he gave me A more than fair price, 10 out of 10 Would recommend!!!!!
