Jeff did an awesome job fixing my HVAC system. His attention to detail and customer care was above and beyond. He patiently explained every aspect of what he was doing to fix my HVAC system. He diagnosed a very difficult problem with the HVAC that no other HVAC Technician in Orange County that I called could do in previous months. He worked closely with the Manufacturer Warranty Department and managed the entire process of finding the correct part and ensured the work was done professionally. I never had to ask him what was going to happen next, because he was always explaining the process to me beforehand. His work and professionalism is priceless due to the confidence and commitment he had towards my HVAC system. He wanted to ensure it ran correctly and that my Family and I were happy with the job. Lastly, he treated the entire experience as if it he was working on his own home and that was visible from the start. Thank you Jeff and the entire Goettl Team.

Joe was EXTREMELY pleasant and knowledgable … he saw the problem and immediately contacted his boss for direction. We now have an appointment to get our issue resolved. Joe was very easy to talk with, and understood the situation completely.

Eddie has been the most thorough and helpful technician in assessing and understanding the issues involved with my HVAC system. It is a very complex issue but Eddie diagnosed every potential problem and solution while providing easy to understand diagrams and specific technical data in order to replace the specific parts that are causing the air flow issue with my AC system. Eddie is very kind and respectful and I recommend him and his company if you have any sort of heating or AC problem.

I highly recommend Joe Luna Goettl service technician for getting you back on track if your Goettl air conditioner breaks down like mine did during the worst CA heat wave.

Joe quickly diagnosed the problem and cheerfully repaired the a/c unit. He has such a great personality, knowledge and patience to explain what went wrong that a layman can understand.

Joe also went further to test the a/c one last time to make sure cool air was being dispensed and pointed out safety guards and tips to watch out for in the future for my peace of mind.

Joe is awesome and I deeply appreciated all Joe did for my family and I.

Kelly was has great customer friendly skills, and was willing to respond to any concerns we might have and addressed them accordingly. We also appreciated his recommendations and will be seriously considering following through with them. Our house was left very clean after the installation with no no rubbish left anywhere.

Mark and Angel, technicians with Goettl plumbing and air-conditioning cleaned out my duct system in My Home today. They were very thorough efficient and respectful of the property. They were courteous and kept me informed of any repairs needed in the process and I was very pleased; a job well done. I recommend this team and the company highly. Joaquin Alejo was great! Came quickly on a warranty call (arrived same day within a few hours of me calling), was thorough in explaining and taking care both issues. Made sure everything was working before signing off, and fixed what initial service person messed up.

Our AC was working fine until last night, it started blowing warm air. I was able to schedule same-day service luckily, and Eddie stopped by to save the day. He was very detailed in his explanation of the issue and he was able to fix the unit. Super grateful for cool air and for Goettl making it happen!

Imagine telling customers who spent thousands of dollars on shotty service that now you don’t service their state 😂😂 is this guy is he for real?
Update: received a call last week from Jaime it was nice to talk to someone who actually sounded genuine and apologetic. I feel there is still a lot of room for improvement in the company. I hope our experience is a learning example. While the owner continues to be absent ( looks terrible on his part, he should be apologizing) I mean you have time to be on social media. Good luck in the future.
ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!! After destroying my closet ceiling and acting like your didn’t do it and tried to get out of fixing it, leaving personal trash in my closet and creating a waterfall out my back door because they were to lazy to find the problem ( had to fight and yell to get that fixed in a timely manner, no we’re not waiting a month) we find out they did a dirty job made a lot of code violations and created safety hazards for my family! THEN tried to sweep it under the rug by not turning in permit paper work to the city. Now trying to get them to fix the mistake is a complete joke! They don’t call you back nobody seems to know what anyone else is doing. One lady told me it’s not their job to turn in permit paper work to the city…..the guy at the city said YES IT IS! So did 2 other employees at your trash company. Very ignorant, lazy, sad people. All we did was give you A LOT of money to do a job and we have got nothing but poor service and the run around. Not even an apology or explanation as to how so many people are so damn dumb and dropped the ball so many times. First we were told Saturday then Monday and guess who didn’t show up Monday………you truly are disgusting to take such a large amount of money and give such poor service

Eddie was very informative and offered a variety of solutions to keep our very old air conditioner running until we replace it. He wasn't pushy, but very kind. Enjoyed his sense of humor as well. Very down to earth. I felt comfortable with his advice. He also shared pictures and described how everything was working. Very professional.

The plumbing services provided by Bryan were excellent. He was efficient, organized, knowledgeable, friendly, and offered options for the various plumbing issues at my home. And he was great with my two small barking dogs--patient and dog-friendly. A great Goettl employee. I'm very, very pleased with the services!!!

Our tech Joe was AMAZING! He was kind, on time, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and was not pushy or didn’t push any sales at all. He was extremely thorough, and very personable, and made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and the work that was done. I would highly recommend Joe to anybody needing HVAC services.

We had great service on our air conditioning thanks to Geno and Anthony. They were awesome. They explained everything every step of the way we are very thankful to have them doing our air conditioner. Andrew and Gino were the best servicemen ever they gave me five star service all day. They work well together and efficiently cleaned up. Show me how to use the app for my new thermostat explained everything to me thoroughly.
