Justin, the technician, was friendly and easy to speak with, all while remaining focused and completing the job without wasting time, which I appreciate. He called 30 minutes before arriving and unlike most service calls in my experience, he asked if I was ok with the arrival time (no take it or not attitude). Justin was very knowledgeable, easily answered all of questions and worked quickly, yet carefully.

Jason F was super friendly, technically knowledgable and very respectful. He did a thorough job performing inspections on our HVAC and A/C system. All of our transactions with Triton Air over the past year have been amazing. They are a great team of professionals. Highy recommend Jason and Triton!

Outstanding service! Technician Jacob did a very thorough job and was very kind and courteous as he walked me thru the my HVAC system. He made sure to wear booties to protect my carpet, had clean uniform, and his equipment was clean. I highly recommend Jacob and feel confident using my system going forward. Thank you Jacob!!

We had our 2 furnaces serviced. A few weeks later the heat on the downstairs unit was not blowing out. Andrew came to our home and fixed the problem. He was very kind, personable, knowledgeable and a pure pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Triton Air again.

Service was great! Casey A was calm, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he saw and diagnosed, and then the options in a clear and understandable way. we also appreciated that he communicated when he would be Arriving so that we knew went to expect him.

The techs were awesome. Installed everything wonderfully including a new thermostat which I did not expect at all. It looks so good and I’m excited that I replaced our old heater with a deluxe model. Thank you so much, Triton Air!

Our experience with this company was amazing from beginning to end. Teresa, the office manager, was so compassionate about our situation and made sure we were taken care of right away. She put us in touch with Diana, who kept us updated the entire time while we waited for our warranty part to come in.

Adriana was always so friendly and happy whenever we called, which made a stressful situation much easier.

We were unfortunately without air conditioning while waiting for the part, but the company went above and beyond by bringing portable AC units to our house at night so we could stay cool.

Cristian and Jon were great technicians. They explained everything step by step and made us feel really comfortable with the whole process.
It’s rare to find a company where both the office staff and technicians care this much. We are very grateful!

I live in Pinecrest and i recently had a Water Heater install done by Comfort Air and they were fantastic! Start to finish everyone was very professional and courteous. Great pricing as well, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again!

Comfort Air Heating and Plumbing helped get my A/C unit to start working again during the recent heat wave. Talk about bad timing for it to go out! They got to me in good timing and help it get back up in no time.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced in Coto de Caza and the experience was phenomenal. They were out to my home within 1.5 hours and we discussed options and the unit was installed the very next day. Every interaction was wonderful from the office, to the technician that came to my home and even the installers who worked very hard doing the installation. I highly recommend them and we will use them for our other properties in Orange County.

This is the second time that Joshua has been to my home to conduct the recommended semiannual check of my HVAC system. Joshua has been punctual, polite, personable and professional. He explains his findings clearly. If what is needed exceeds my budget at the moment, he helps to prioritize the work to be done and what can be deferred to a later date. I appreciate his thoroughness, and his willingness to take the time to explain how the various parts of the system interact. The communication he provides promotes customer trust.

Casey, our 6 month check up guy was prompt, polite and thorough. Solid company with several folks like Casey!

Casey traced issues with a problematic interruption of AC to a new thermostat that was defective and replaced it immediately. He came prepared, did not have to return to the shop and in 10 minutes I was back on line!

Daniel Fisher serviced our heating system today and did a fine job and have requested him to return in the spring for our AC system.
