I had a difficult sink installation, involving the replacement of all associated parts and plumbing. The project took knowledge not only of plumbing, but of restoration, as well, as it involved repairing and replacing parts a decades-old DIY project. Olson Superior Plumbing met all my expectations, and did a great job.

Recently, I used them for the first time. I searched for a plumber in the area and they had great reviews. They were very easy to work with and the communication was great. They were very clear about the charges and when I would be charged. The plumber showed up when expected, and identified the issue very quickly. They made the repairs and everything has worked great since then. I would absolutely use them again.

As always, Olson was on time, professional, polite, and Iheb fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly! I’ve had 3 plumbing issues in the past 3 weeks and every time I’ve called, the service has been amazing.

Another great experience with Olsen Superior Plumbing. Cleared clogged kitchen drain. When the house was built the kitchen had a small diameter Y shaped drain pipe after the trap from the garbage disposal sink and the regular sink to the main drain. This occasionally clogs up. Can normally clear with Home Depot drain openers. Not this time. Olsen to the rescue. Water flowing down the drain in an hour. I have used Olsen for years. When you find a pro organization you stay with them.

Olson Plumbing worked hard to provide us with same day service for our water heater. Iheb arrived on a Friday afternoon to replace the unit. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. This is our second time using Olson Plumbing and each time the service has been top notch! They were recommended by a friend and I too would recommend their services.

Olsen's crews are fantastic. Have used them multiple times now, most recently to get a tankless water heater and water softener. They sent two sets of two plumbers out the day after Christmas, in the rain to get everything installed before the end of the year.

Everyone throughout the entire process was a delight to talk to and really knowledgable. Their water expert and sales teams were able to answer every question and the plumbers on-site were also both capable and extremely willing to answer the countless questions I had while they worked.

They were friendly, professional, and did whatever was necessary (including multiple runs to get additional parts - no extra cost) to make the install as clean as possible

My 3yr old Noritz Tankless crapped out right before guests were suppose to arrive and stay with us. It was after noon and a couple of places I called said next day was the best they could do. That is when Zach A. from Olson's said no problem and came over. He assessed the Noritz and gave me several options and after careful consideration I chose to replace the Nortiz with a new unit from Navien. While it was a bit more expensive then I would have liked, I must say the service Zach provided was top notch! He was able and willing to start the project just before 5PM and completed it with all the professional finishing touches by 8PM which included getting the new unit delivered setting up lighting to see the project soldering, wrapping the pipes with insulation and removing the old unit. I would recommend Olson Superior Plumbing to anyone looking for good fast professional service!

I was very pleased with the plumbing service I received from Olson Superior Plumbing , Steve the Tech who came out was very personable and knowledgeable was very considerate with putting on booties for coming into house and Did an excellent job of installing a new kitchen faucet for me as well as the clean up of the area afterwards. The crew did a great job cutting the shower to install new retrofit shower valve. They originally came out three weeks ago to stop the leak with a new shower cartridge but that did not solve the leaking shower. The money spent for that repair was discounted for the repair today . Three weeks ago we had Patrick and today we had Mo as lead plumbers. Both men I would recommend.

The stool was fixed on Friday but still acted up on Saturday. They can right back out and redid it - checked carefully and now it works as it should. Very impressed with this company - they really stand behind their work. They also explain everything - absolutely no surprises!

To me, installing a Moen house shutoff valve, a whole house water filtration system and a new tankless water heater constitutes a major deal. Requiring two days for installation and charging of the systems, the experience honestly could not have been better. Patrick is professional, patient and truly an artist when it comes to doing the piping. Every question was answered, every concern eased. A truly nice guy. Sean was equally up to the task of delivering a professional and relaxing experience. I am very particular in terms of fit and finish and they were more than up to the task. Plus, my contact person at the office, Chuck, truly make the entire process from start to finish as relaxing as possible (we were moving in and, well, you know the drill) and couldn't have been more upfront in answering a barrage of questions. In a two week span, I had quite a few tradesmen in my house and Olson Plumbing rates right at the top. Bravo!
