I recently had two technicians from Olson Superior Plumbing evaluate a flushing issue with the toilet in my master bathroom. The team conducted a thorough assessment, carefully reviewing the toilet’s functionality and also checking drainage through the shower and bathtub to rule out any broader plumbing concerns.

After discussing their findings and attempting to clear the issue with an auger, they concluded that calcium buildup may be obstructing one of the small water flow openings. To test the theory, they carefully removed some of the calcium deposits, which immediately improved the flush.

The agreed plan is for me to try resolving the issue fully using a calcium-dissolving product such as CLR. If that does not fully correct the problem, replacement of the toilet may be necessary.
What stood out most was the team’s integrity and commitment to proper diagnosis. Rather than recommending an expensive toilet removal and replacement upfront, they took the time to identify a more practical and cost-effective solution. The diagnostic fee was reasonable, and I now have a clear path forward.

If a replacement does become necessary, Olson Superior Plumbing will absolutely be my first call. Excellent service, strong professionalism, and a level of honesty that is increasingly rare. Highly recommended.

Very thorough job. Came the same day we called due to a leaking water heater. Replaced with a new one. Worked very long hours on it and returned the next morning to fine tune it. Cleaned up the garage after working very well. Employees were very kind and respectful. 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done at their house. They also offer an inspection of the home to make sure everything else is up to code and working well.

The follow through from the beginning I called them to the installers were excellent. They communicated on all things even the ones I couldn’t do. With no pressure just sharing knowledge Which I appreciated yonathan and the team were very efficient. I’m very happy with the work. And would use them in the future for other work if needed.

Iheb Amri for OlsonSuperior plumbing replaced a kitchen faucet that was rusted and required sawing through. He did a great job and quickly installed the new faucet from Amazon.

I can’t recommend this Zack and Randall enough! We had a frustrating toilet leak that turned out to be caused by a very low-set flange. He immediately diagnosed the issu, explained everything clearly, and didn’t hesitate to do the right repair. He replaced the flange properly, raised it to the correct height, installed a new wax ring, reset the toilet perfectly, and even checked the surrounding area for any other potential problems.
The work was clean, professional, and done efficiently without any mess left behind. He was courteous, on time, and charged a fair price for quality work that will actually last.

I had Olson Superior Plumbing replace a failed sewage/sump pump at my home, and they were excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and very thorough in explaining the issue and the solution. They inspected the pit, removed the old pump, installed a new 1/2 HP professional-grade Liberty pump, replaced necessary fittings and the check valve, tested the system, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Eric and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and clean, and I appreciated the detailed scope of work and clear communication throughout the process. This was not a simple repair, but they handled it efficiently and gave me confidence that the system was installed correctly and safely.

I used the Google feature that said “request quote from 4 plumbers.” I submitted and I got 4 automated messages.
Only two contacted me, one in 30 minutes, the other in 4 hours.

Olson earned my business today - quick communication, had an appointment 30 minutes after my request, and a new water heater installed by 7pm same day.

What a great experience. I had a dripping shower faucet and I am so glad I used Olson Superior Plumbing. Iheb came out on a Sunday and made sure everything got done with perfection. First class operation. My hot water tank broke at 7pm and Olsen Superior showed up first thing in the morning to replace it with a new tankless one. They showed up on time, and were very professional and took time to make sure the area they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived. Patrick and Mike came out and fixed my pipes under my sink. They were very good at helping me understand what they were doing and showing me things that we could do to make under the sink more efficient. I also was blessed to get a free home inspection on the other areas including bathroom toilet tubs. I highly recommend them.

The communication was great. We called on a Saturday and a real person answered the phone. We scheduled an appointment for Monday and the technician let us know when he was on the way. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He solved our plumbing issues. He left everything so clean. We are very happy with the results.
