Will not go back to this store Horrible customer service worker with attitude. Ordered a comen Kohler part on mon.said will be will on wed.came & no.came back on fri.said it will be here & no.they don't know anything got my money back!! Will never be back

Beware prices are not competitive. A badger 5 garbage disposal is 15% higher than Express pipe Store manager called and corrected the error.

Hi Ryan, No way to reach you directly to get price quotes or ask questions. I get rerouted to Pomona. It's either e-mail or nothing. I can speak directly to my other plumbing suppliers sales right away. Called your 858 number and it's out of service. As a plumbing contractor, time is money and you are losing all my business because of this.

I'm posting a one-star review because one of Ferguson employees was extremely rude to me and rude to other people. The employee Daniel does not know how to talk to people. I will never go here again and I don't know how he could still be employed here when he talks to plumbers and other people and customers the way he does! I'm extremely disappointed in Ferguson

If you are a home owner and looking for assistance, do NOT go here. Instead go to their showroom by the spectrum (see my 5star review for their showroom near the Spectrum)
This place is for contractors only and anyone not a contractor is shunned. The experience we had here today was absolutely appalling. We had a list of Moen part numbers to order for a complete bathroom remodel.... Guy wearing a black BMW hat said "I don't have time for this, come back some other time".
I asked how we could expedite, and he started to help a little. 20 minutes later, someone else came in looking lost, he barked to them that they should go to the showroom.
We realized that we probably should take that same advice and left.

Ferguson is lucky we gave the business another chance by going to their showroom after the experience we had here.

They gave me a pleasant experience. Sure anyone can sell you a sink but it's the experience that they provide that counts. Went in to look for a sink to fit my grandmother's cutout on her marble bathroom counter and we were unsuccessful but I still rate them 4/5

Walked in the store without knowing what to do. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. They knew exactly what I needed.
