This company is a complete rip off. They charged me $250 to caulk the bottom of my toilet and to put a plastic nut on it.

Ed was very knowledgeable and responsive to the replacement and moving of my mom’s water heater. She had great things to say about him. She says it was one of the best experiences she’s had with a company providing that type of service. He even brought a freshly baked pie at the completion of the job. Who does that?!

All star is great, very personable. Fun staff, kept me informed about my project.

I would not say Ed 's price is cheap. But I will say if you want your work done quick and good. Call him. Ed will make you happy, he will reply you when he sees your message, even it is after hour. Very responsible. He also will do what he says. very on time. He saved my company get our water back within 24 hours , no one else can do only 1 day. other people all booked but Ed can make his extra time help me. I like him.

I have used these guys before and always great. But even this time in my holiday weekend debacle I was not able to use them; but their responsiveness and effort was second to none. Quick and reliable calls. For personal touch, this is a solid group.

Save your time and your money, don’t deal with businesses who don’t respect your time and understand your struggles like ASL Plumbing !

Tried to get our water pressure fixed and a stuck hose removal. The hose was a success but the water pressure wasn’t really fixed. It felt like he was annoyed and didn’t really give the best explanation for why it wasn’t better. Felt like we overpaid for the work.

John from ASL plumbing is an experience, expert man. He knows how to troubleshoot the issues and fixed the problem. Not like the other company before him came and asked me to do pressure test for $375 before doing nothing.

I am so happy Johnny got into plumbing as well. He has done such a good job on my wife's home for electrical so I naturally referred him to do plumbing work on her home as well. I know Johnny personally and he always cares to teach and educate homeowners on their plumbing issues. Thank you for always caring and I will always refer you when someone has a plumbing issue.

ASL came recommended to us by a friend who used them often, we needed a 1” main cold line re-pipe from our meter in the street to our secondary in our home. ASL came out the same day, reviewed the job site, took measurements and came back the next morning (arriving exactly on time). ASL immediately got to work, solving the problem within 3 hours and then running tests to ensure everything was working correctly. ASL saved us from a nightmare a completed a job which two other plumbing companies could not or would not do. A+ to the ASL Team.

We had a shower develop a leak that could only be accessed by going in through a garage wall. I did not want to break out shower tile. A highly knowledgeable ASL plumber came out the day after I called. I had also asked about replacing the water heater with tankless since it would have to be drained and moved in this repair. He did not push that sale because in the near future a rebate might come out from the gas company. He also checked for other water leaks in this older house and found none, which is another credit to his honesty. I will use ASL in the future and highly recommend them to others.

John and team went above and beyond in creating a new gas line to our kitchen. They were honest, responsive and extremely helpful. We will definitely be calling ASL for all our future plumbing needs!
