If you aren't a plumber just expect the staff to ignore you and scoff at any questions you may have. Not personable or helpful.
Unfortunately I had to go here for an item that could not be found at Home Depot. When I asked my question I was told "good luck" and after asking more questions found out they had exactly what I was looking for. I guess they really just don't care if they make a sale or not.
Unfortunate as I had come in here about ten years ago and the staff was super helpful and I spent easily over $1,200 on supplies to repipe my water main.

I want to give a shout out to Tyler who helped us get a hard to find faucet cartridge, his extra effort was amazing. Just finished the repair and it now works wonderfully. This is now my #1 go to for plumbing supplies. Thank you

Cole is awesome…every time I go to this Ferguson(s) in Lake Forrest…Cole always helps me out and will go the extra mile…What I like about Cole is he doesn’t ignore your questions and if he doesn’t know he will refer back with his manager to make sure it’s correct…excellent feeling when leaving this location.. once again thanks Cole for your hard work and dedication and thanks Ferguson’s for always having all my plumbing parts…👍👍👍

I'm a HUGE fan of Ferguson! My contractors and I have always chosen Ferguson for plumbing supplies. Ferguson's products are much higher quality than Home Depot, and the prices are about the same or cheaper. Also carry parts that you can't find at Home Depot. Also significantly better service than Home Depot.

Recently, we were in need of a water heater replacement. Called this location and Andrew picked up the phone was SOOOOOO helpful! He talked me through how to turn off the valve on the water heater, how to drain the water heater to stop the leak and even called one of his plumber contacts to help me do the replacement day. Prices are super reasonable and they have Bradford Whites (the best brand of water heaters) in stock.

Definitely above and beyond service! Highly recommend!

I needed a commercial piece for our biz. No one around has it and they carry it for a way competent price.

Well first of all, I have to give a big shout out to Javier for fully keeping this location stocked with tankless waters and the rest of the parts that is needed for my jobs.
I’m able to provide service to our customers as a plumber knowing confidently that I’m going to pick up a tankless water heater for the job of the day and install without a hassle. I had two friendly staff members help me at Ferguson Plumbing Supply today, that went way above outstanding customer service. First the store manager, who was assisting me, was supportive in thinking outside the box to solve a broken one of a kind shower holder. The first half of the problem was solved by improvising. When I went to pay I asked Jesse for his recommendation on the second half that was required. I needed to make three adjustments to the part I purchased in order for it to work. Jesse instantly, without hesitation said he was on it. If you want exceptional customer service I highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing in Lake Forest, efficient and effective. Fantastic inventory ready on hand.. friendly and knowledgeable employees. Parking could be a little tight if there's big construction trucks in the driveway and oftentimes little nails windup in the parking area so save yourself the hassle and a new tire and park on the street..

I went to the store this morning to buy some parts. Although I don't speak English, the staff were very friendly and patient, and they helped me find the parts I needed. I'm truly very grateful.

Visited on a Saturday AM, 5 star experience. There was a constant flow of customers but not super busy. Garrett offered to help us find items. He asked a couple questions and immediately found the shower head bundles we needed. There are a lot of specialty items you can’t find in Home Depot or Lowe’s as well as basics. We looked at and price shopped sink and kitchen fixtures as well. What wasn’t in stock was shipped to my home within a couple of days. He emailed and printed receipts and provided contact info for follow up questions. Thanks for the great service!

Jesse was a big help in locating just the right locking hose bib for our project, he went above and beyond to give me all the info about the product, what my options were for a lost key if needed, the return policy and he anticipated current and future needs with the utmost professionalism and care. I have had TWO slab leaks in the past few months, and Bernardo Galvan with Custom Construction Plumbing just re-piped my house with PEX, with four bathrooms, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms, and four outdoor water spickets. He and his assistant worked all week to prepare all the new plumbing - cut perfect squares out of the drywall (to make it easier to patch) and then in one day, Bernardo and two other plumbers came in and turned the water off and connected all the fittings. After that was done, they put in some new fixtures and valves, patched and textured the drywall, and always left the property neat and tidy.

While I am NOT happy to have slab leaks, my house is 40 years old and I guess the cement just eats up the pipes in that period of time, and I am super happy with the work done!

Bernardo has rescued me on many different plumbing issues over many years...from installing my dishwasher, fixing shower valves, clearing clogged drains and slab leaks on an apartment house as well as repiping our home. He is reliable, very nice, affordable and gets the job done.

The way I found them was I saw their van with the company logo driving around in my neighborhood. It is a good sign others are also using their services.

I recently got a place built in 1981 with old basic fire sprinklers that was hooked up to the house water supply. No fancy controller or separate alarm units. I had 6 sprinkler heads that was painted over by the previous owners and was non operational. Before calling I checked their website. I verified their CA license was recent and no complaints. I checked BBB and they were registered and no issues. Made sure the phone number and addresses matched the license on file and BBB site. I have also checked two other vendors of which both had issues with the CA license expired or not registered on BBB. I mean who would not pay their license to operate their business? Makes you think other vendors may cut corners or don't care about your property.

When I called they promptly dropped by for a free estimate and gave me a quote the next day in writing through email and I accepted. They also explained the fees and how longs it was going to take and that the dry wall may need patching as they may have to enlarge the holes to fit in the new sprinkler heads. That was fine because I will have someone else doing lighting later on and will patch/paint the ceiling. They arrived on time and carefully prepared the place by covering my furniture with plastic and blankets. They worked fast and diligently, no goofing around. They worked from room to room and inspected each new head for leaks... of course no leaks.

I was very impressed when they were very careful to turn the water back slowly as not to have full pressure all at once that can damage the pipes. I didn't know this as most other vendors are lazy and just turns on full blast with your pipes make all sorts of noises. They took great care on the ceiling and hardly needed any patching. After all was done, they cleaned up, vacuum, and wiped away any water. I think they ran over a few hours, but did not charge me extra and stuck with the estimate.

Overall they are very professional, on time, and worked fast. I would highly recommend you call them first.

Imagine waking up one morning to go to work and your water heater is kicking out nothing but cold water while you're trying to take a shower. That happen on January 12, 2016. So I jumped onto Angies List and called a bunch of water heater repair companies and they were all booked that day. I call a friend and told him my dilemma and he says (Without hesitation) try All Star Plumbing so I call and get Ed. I tell Ed my situation and he says unfortunately he is very busy. He says, let me see what I can do and tells me he'll call back. Thirty minutes later he calls back and tells me his son, Keith is finishing up a job in Laguna Woods and if I could wait before leaving for work he will swing by my home in one hour. One hour passes and no Keith, then I get a second call from Ed and he says Keith, his son, got involved in a job that unfortunately is taking longer than anticipated. Keith finally shows up and within 2 hours I have a new hot water heater. This company is family owned and it's apparent they pride themselves on doing the job right and going the extra mile to help someone in need of a plumber and will juggle their schedule to be of service to homeowners that are patient. Now I know that replacement of a hot water heater may seem like a trivial job for any plumbing company to perform, but it's the circumstances surrounding what happen on January 12, 2016 that impressed my wife and I. The bottom line is that I would recommend All Star Plumbing & Fire to anyone. As for their price, it was reasonable and right in line with their competition and yet when you add to the mix their willingness to help me that day, (Not the next day) I'd say their true value was outstanding.
