This company is amazing! When I first called, Julie answered the phone very professionally and scheduled my service repair right away. She explained the cost and what to expect and told me the service repair tech (and gave me his name, Noah) would be calling me to confirm ok time to come out. He very promptly called me and within a very timely manner was at my door. He immediately serviced my dryer and within like 15 minutes max! Was completed and only for $100 my dryer is working again. Thank you for your awesome service...life is miserable without a dryer. Haha I highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with our service and would not hesitate to recommend Best Washer Repair to anyone else! Our dryer broke last week, but after a health concern requiring us to wash and sanitize EVERYTHING in our home came up last night, we couldn’t wait another few days for our scheduled repair with another company. I had to get someone out here immediately so I began to call around. I am so so so glad I found these guys!!! Julie was wonderful and so helpful in getting a technician out within the hour (we got lucky there) and our technician, Tom, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very friendly. Our dryer has been repaired and I can address the health issues in our home head on now, which is a HUGE relief for this mama! Thank you thank you thank you Best Washer Repair!!!!

Outstanding and Honest Service!!! One of our apartment washing machines that operates with a digital chip debit card reader was having an issue (ER 18) and was not working. I called in the morning and spoke with Tracy. She was arranging to have a tech come out within the next couple hours. Their tech, Henry called me upon arriving. Henry took the time to troubleshoot three different areas of the machine that could be wrong. The most disastrous scenario would have been the motherboard going out as it would be costly, have taken a couple weeks to order and inconvenienced the tenants that depend on this washer. It turned out that it was the transformer, an inexpensive and quick fix. Henry was professional, courteous and truthful... I learned that Best Washer Repair has been in business 30 years, was glad they came and will continue to use their services.

I've called just minutes ago and felt attacked by Tracey at this facility. This is the second time Tracey has gotten rude on the phone for a billing that had nothing to do with our facility here. I've only called twice for repairs and each bill has been paid on time. There should not be a reason for her hostile response of 4 outstanding bills that she confirmed was paid - I tried explaining to her that I've only called in and reported a repair twice (this being my third time), but I could not get a word in because Tracey was too busy trying to prove a point that was not valid. No, thank you! I hope your business have customer service class, cause your receptionist Tracey needs it.
