After experiencing a major loss to our home and property, not to mention having dealt with another restoration company that did us a major disservice, on top of trying to navigate things with our insurance company, ServPro was a refreshing and welcomed experience! From day one, David and Kyle have been communicative, trustworthy, kind, and professional. Everyone we've interacted with in the office has been more than friendly, courteous and informative. We are very grateful!

What can I say other than THEY ARE THE BEST! From the moment their team walked in until they completed the job, each person was a consummate professional. As someone that got affected by the recent wildfires in SoCal, specifically the Eaton Fire, I want to write an honest review. I would give servpro lancaster east a 4/5. I believe they do outsource the people they hire to clean properties professionally.

First, they did our outside. I would say that Tony and Rich did an amazing job cleaning our whole outside very thoroughly- entire back and front yard, the roofs: mainhouse, backhouse, garage. They also cleaned the driveway, removed all the dried leaves from all the corners of the house. They power washed the walls as well. They even went the extra mile of picking up old furniture and throwing it out for us. I’d give them both a 5/5 rating.

Second, they hired people to clean our ducts/vents and I’d say these people also did an amazing job. They made sure all the ducts are well taken care of and even changed the main filter of the house. Before leaving, they checked the attic and saw that it was infested with rat poops, and despite it not being part of their work, they generously offered to clean it for free. 5/5 rating for them too! Highly recommended for them to be hired by the company again!

Third, the most important part of the cleaning- the inside of the house. Experiencing a wildfire is a serious matter and since we have a toddler and a senior with respiratory problems that lives in the house, my expectations for this part of the cleaning were very high. There were 5 people in total, and I would rate them a 2/5. They did not clean the way a professional would do it. My family are considered a neat freak and unfortunately I could have done a way better job. How do I know they did not? There were so many surfaces that were left untouched- top of the fridge, top and back of the cabinets, back of the TV, side of the beds, etc…ashes and dust were still present and needed to be redone by myself because I am not risking my child to be inhaling this. If you are paying a lot of money, every corner and contents of the house needed to be cleaned professionally! And that was not met. Super dissatisfied with this part. If the company servpro outsourced these people, I dont recommend hiring them again. It’s a house that got affected by a wildfire and not just a normal day for them to clean it the way they did!

Fourth, they had the whole insulation changed- everything new! I am pleased. 5/5

Fifth, they also outsourced someone to steam clean the mattresses and our big couch, and this person did an amazing job! Even removed the stain on our bed! 5/5

So thank you for the people who did their jobs professionally. Just sad about the whole inside cleaning part.

***UPDATE:
After writing my review, servpro sent me a message stating that they want to make things right by redoing the cleaning of the inside of our house. The lady who came to clean did an amazing job, apologized on behalf of the previous cleaners, and made sure that I was happy before leaving. Thank you for making it a better experience for me and my family. Appreciate you guys.

I am extremely grateful to David and his team for getting my family back into our home safely. They provided professional, expert and attentive service to remediate smoke and ash damage to my home after the Eaton fire. Tony and Richard were my site managers and did an awesome job! They were always ready to go above and beyond and exceed expectations. The whole team from Jenny and dispatch to the vendors and subcontractors ServPro worked with were all fantastic as well and had a shared commitment to customer service.

This is our 2nd time using ServPro. The first time was because our washing machine leaked causing water damage. They did a great job helping us with that issue so we decided to use them for our master bath remodel. Very happy with the quality of work and the communication process during the remodel. Highly recommend.

Made an appt with him.. he was rude on the phone, told me he would be here Saturday.. never showed up and never answered his phone when I tried to call.

Mario is AWESOME! I bought a house and needed help with an algae problem. Mario came over and got right to work and cleared it up in 3 days. In addition he showed me other issues with my equipment I would have otherwise never have noticed, and he fixed them for me. He got me set up and gave me all the info I need to keep my pool balanced and clean. Super professional, super knowledgeable, super nice - Super Mario!

I chose Super Mario's Pool and Spa to replace my Pump. Before My pump went out my pool was in tip top shape. Pablo came and replaced my pump. He did not reconnect my pump to the wall panel. He did not try to explain or express that I now have to manually put everything in at the pump itself. Here I was for weeks using a panel that was not even connected wondering why nothing is working.

He left a huge torn to pieces box that he pump came in in my yard, when he could've have easily disposed of it in my recycle bins.

I called Pablo back because there was now a leak coming from one of the pipes/hoses when the water flows through. I asked him could he come back and if he would let me know when he was coming so that I could be present and he could show me how to turn everything on. He said he was coming the next morning at 8. It has been almost 3 months I have yet to hear from him.

I asked him if he even ran the new pump to make sure everything was working correctly he said he did not. Long story short. This tech did nothing but swapped out the old pump for the new one. My pool has not been the same since he left. I expected him to at least make sure I was up and running in the same capacity that I was before my pump went out.

I regret hiring this company and would never recommend them to anyone! I am very dissatisfied with the out come of Pablo's service

Professional! On time. Came to my rescue last minute. Cleaned pool and spa balanced chemicals and scrubbed the bit of algae we had going on! Very knowledgeable as well.
