Constraction reviews in Lancaster, California

Wiring for it to be complete, will post review and pictures soon.

Best pool company with the nicest employees. Highly recommend.

They lack attention to detail, a sense of humor, and their output, in my experience, is very generic.

Beautiful high end pools. Great service. Friendly staff and pool service personal

Watch out be aware they try to sale you stuff that you don't need Question and check your self. Alan will charge you for things that you don't need just be careful

Whatever you do DO NOT use them for pool cleaning service they are the absolute worst, they won’t show up for 2 weeks and won’t even bother to call or respond to your calls or text asking why. Terrible customer service and they give you attitude whenever you call to ask why they haven’t showed
Up.

I really love my pool. Marc and the crew provided the best customer service. They really worked with me to make sure I loved my pool design. I highly recommend their services.

This was the second pool Alan Jackson has built for us. Quality very good, easy to deal with. They communicated with us concerning times and always showed up. We started the pool the first of the year they were not as busy since it was winter. The pool was completed within 60 days.

We were debating between Alan Jackson Pools and Aquaphina Pools. We decided to go for Alan Jackson Pools for the good reviews. I not going to lie the pool and concrete patio are amazing, more than we can ask. But the thing I did not like about Alan Jackson pools was that they were messy when they pour the patio concrete some cement spill over the wall of my house on the A/C units. Also when they put the original gate back it look old and it was not put up right. It got some holes. They painted with a color that did not match. The latch you cant even put a lock. They did not used the original latch parts and they were there. My house is brand new when they started to build the pool. They broke a pipe and that cause for dirt to go in the lines. My gardner came and fix it but not all are working He needs to dig more to see where is the problem coming but ofcourse is not free. When they finish the pool they did the 7 day start up but honestly It was not done right. I was going to use Alan Jackson pool service to clean my pool since they built my pool why not give them a shot, but after seeing that they were not reliable I decided not to use them anymore and hired another pool cleaning company. The start up was not done right. I took samples of the pool water to Leslies Pool supply and they told me it was very low on chemicals and needed Conditioner. My wireless panel keep losing the internet I sent a picture of what my phone says to the guy that did the start up but no respond just because I did not use their service. Bottom line after paying lots of money. I feel that after the pool was done I was not giving a proper tour of how the pool works. It was just a quick tour. Marc the sales Guy is excellent. Not the other people that does the actual work.

Most excellent pool construction company. Shout out to to pool designer Steve for his work on designing and follow-up to ensure we we're satisfied with the results. John and the entire build crew was a pleasure to work with. Way to go Alan Jackson Pools!

We hired Alan Jackson Pool for our home service. The pool cleaner was good in the beginning but then kept slacking off on the times he was supposed to be here at my home. He never showed up when he was supposed to and kept saying he would be late and when he did come by, he was here for like 5 min.. and that’s no lie!! My pool was turning green than orange. He wasn’t checking the pools filter and the filter was dirty and backed up! He was putting the wrong chemicals in and haven’t been able to swim in our pool for the last 2 weeks until today. We hired another pool service and hopefully this weekend we can go swimming. What kind of people does Alan Jackson pool service hire.. obviously not a good qualified cleaner 🙁

I first contacted Allan Jackson Pools on December 26th 2018 to schedule a consultation, shortly after I met with Marc Allan Jackson’s pool designer. Marc spent a few hours with us going over all of the particulars and what we were looking for in a pool and we could not have been happier. Marc spent a few hours with us and designed our pool on the spot. After meeting with a few other pool companies here in the Antelope Valley we realized Allan Jackson Pools was going to be the best choice for what we were looking for in a pool. I just wanted to share a quick note and let anyone know who may be looking for a pool builder to call Marc. Allan Jackson Pools always showed up on time and were very professional. They even compled the pool build by over 2 weeks from what they had originally scheduled, they worked with us on adding additions and were very accommodating and their crews are professional and courteous. I’m glad I decided to chose Allan Jackson Pools as our pool builder. Now that our pool is complete our backyard has fully transformed and looks like a resort. Thanks Allan Jackson Pools for being profession, fast and willing to work with our needs.

Thanks, guys!”

Alan Jackson built my pool about 20 years ago and it's still looks good and functions great. If I have a problem or need something repaired they are there for me. Everyone that has done work for me has been great, an awesome workforce to say the least. I want to give John Meikle a special "Thank You" for all the work and all the pool advice he has given me throughout the years.

I'm so glad that I found Alan Jackson Pools, they are indeed example of true workmanship, trustworthy and superior in customer service. My pool tech Jordan, who comes each week, has my pool always inviting, and sparkling. When when I needed a question answered, the Manager Dave, went out his way and made sure to call even after he was off work....that is rare to find a company that step up their customer service standatds to high quality . Thank you Team A Jackson!

We chose ALAN JACKSON POOLS to build our dream backyard oasis and boy did they deliver! We absolutely love our pool, hot tub and firepit! It has been such a blessing to us as well as our guests. The entire Alan Jackson Pools team is very kind, genuine, and easy to work with. The entire team was awesome, everyone we dealt with at this wonderful company was honest, efficient, helpful and truly cared about our business. We know that our pool was constructed very well, the craftmanship was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is second to none. We will continue to use them and recommend them to all of our family and friends for any future pool needs. So, if you are looking for a phenomenal pool company, look no further! They completed our pool, spa and firepit in 10 weeks (it rained for 2 of those weeks)! Thank you Marc and the rest of the Alan Jackson team!!

The Alan Jackson staff/team are amazing people.
The work was done efficiently and professionally.
Our pool was completed before the given completion date, and we are trilled with the results.
My recommendation would be if anyone is looking to have a pool in their backyard, call Alan Jackson Pools.
I special thanks go out Marc, John for always being so helpful, with any questions/concerns that we had.

Always thankful,
Debbie

We called and spoke to Marc about redoing our pool. He came over and gave us a quote. We picked out the material we wanted and started in week and a half or so. The crew did a great job. They were all friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were efficient. They all did a great job and we love it!!

I want to thank Alan Jackson Pools for the outstanding job they did with our New Pool. Everything went great with our project. Friends were impressed at the quick turn around and the time the pool was built in. Every one at Alan Jackson was great and professional. I want to give a shout out to MARC and JOHN. They made sure everything went smooth from beginning to end. Every time I called they were there to answer any question I had. I highly recommend them. From the beginning you know what you are getting into and they don't nickel and dime you after you start a project. Also the quality of equipment and work that was done was top notch. I have gotten many compliments on there work.

Alan Jackson Pools was nothing short of amazing! Mark and John really are true professionals. They took my calls no matter what time of the day and stayed in touch every step of the way. From the planning process to completing construction, total time was just under 6 weeks! I never once had to chase people down for job statuses and every step was explained and backed up with a plan of execution. Workers showed up every day and I was truly amazed at how professional they were during the entire process. They even came in cheaper than the other companies we shopped. City plan approvals were done with no issue, and cleanup was done professionally. Even after pool was completed, Mark ensured I was 100% happy with service and I understood how everything worked. When spending this kind of money, you deserve to work with a company that respects your time and property, and for those reasons, I highly recommend Alan Jackson to build your dream pool!

Once we decided to put a pool in, our first stop was Alan Jackson Pools. We have several friends who have used their company and had great things to say about them. We now have great things to say about them too! Their customer service is outstanding. Marc Nagel is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. All the employees we encountered were very professional. They make you feel like an old friend, not just another customer. Marc was always available whenever we had a question and the whole process went smoothly. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Alan Jackson Pools to our family and friends. If you want to work with a company that has integrity, look no further than Alan Jackson Pools.

They did a great job with our pool in all phases, from design, to build, to follow up! Marc Nagel did a great job of working through it with us. The management team and the crew were fantastic! I’d highly recommend them for your project!
