Constraction reviews in Lancaster, California

Tom is wonderful, friendly, detailed and very knowledgeable. His service was above and beyond my expectations.

Tom was a great home inspector for the purchase of my first home. He had great communication skills, arrived early, was organized and detail oriented. He remained available for questions even after delivering the report. I would call him again on my next house.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Tom. We had him assist us with two houses because we were so impressed with the first job he did and it helped solidify our decision to not purchase- and move to the next option. Not only did he assist us with his extremely thorough inspection and easy to read report, he was responsive and quick to answer additional questions we had about his findings. Tom truly made buying a home out of state feel like an easy process. His communication with us and our relator throughout this process was amazing and we couldn’t be more appreciative of his meticulousness. Thank you Tom, we will definitely be recommending you & calling upon you again if ever needed.

From the first over the phone conversation I had with Tom, I had a really good feeling. Over the phone he was so professional, understanding and friendly. I am a first time home buyer and learning as I go, Tom was very considerate of this. It’s easy to see Tom is very knowledgeable in what he does and he takes pride in the quality of his work. He was able to give me and my husband valuable information, and explained his recommendations confidently and thoroughly. He has great communication skills, organized and is detail oriented. After the inspection was finished he gave us a small summary of what we were looking at, and told us we would have our report the next morning. As promised, we had our report the following day. I would recommend to family and friends and continue to utilize Tom in the future. Thank you Tom!
