Constraction reviews in Lancaster, California

George and his crew did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the results. They repaired my roof, installed a new front door handle/lock, hung a blind and repaired a bedroom door. Office staff were very pleasant and kept me posted as to when the work would be done. Highly recommend Majestic for any handyman needs you have.

Honestly George is probably one of the quickest most genuine honest contractors I have ever done business with. He is so prompt, shows up on time and just cares about his work. He makes sure everyone he sends in the building has ready to work mentalities and good attitudes. We will forever do business with Pentemo development. I highly suggest you use this company. A very amazing, amazing company!!!!

I want to start by saying, I was not able to use Pentemo, but I absolutely would have if my personal timeline wasn't so incredibly small and rushed. George listened to what we needed done immediately for our refinance to be approved. He was thorough, wise and knowledgeable about so many different things that we needed to correct due to years of neglect from the previous owners. He understood our initial needs, and helped us understand what parts of our project would need attention over time. His pricing is competitive, and you will absolutely get one of the best contractors around. Ultimately, we plan to circle back to George for the larger projects. He is respectful, timely, and he communicated so well with us.

Thank you George.

Great people, great work!!!

Wow what an amazing Contracting Company from the start I have been so blessed to have found this company they are so patient with me and have walked me step by step it's my first time buying a mobile home and I was a bit nervous at first but Craig has made this process so easy and any questions I have he's available by text and phone 24/7. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone because Craig has given me stability on knowing my home is going to look brand new and feel brand new. Also all the stuff that he has working for him are very professional and they do amazing work.

Professional company par excellence.

All the Land Grading that's done correct comes from this company.

My bathroom re-model was fantastic, exceeding all my eepectations.

My son had a leak upstairs… that caused damage in his kitchen. We took that opportunity to upgrade. Gas lines were shut off and 2 X 240 electric lines were brought in for the bee oven/microwave and induction cooktop. A farmhouse sink was placed and quartz counter tops with herringbone backsplash. After several delays due to inspections, mold and lead remediation… construction was superb! The workers cleaned up daily as well as at the conclusion. I recommend IronBuilt without reservation! Great job

Ignacio came out and gave me an estimate he was very professional I used him to remodel my kitchen his worker Edoardo was very very professional with me did exactly what I wanted and needed no questions asked my wife and I are very happy with their work couldn’t ask for anything better five star people and very professional and polite well done Ignacio thank you very much I appreciate your business I will refer you and recommend you to everyone I know very happy

Ignacio was great! Cabinets were installed properly and are good quality as well. Very fast and reliable

Ignacio and his team at Re-Masters were an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so happy that we happened upon this company when considering some work for our kitchen. I was really impressed by the attentiveness and amount of time that Ignacio spent with me, personally, to ensure that the smallest details were to my liking.

Re-Masters represents exceptional work and at a great value. I highly recommend them for your kitchen and other remodelling needs.

Ignacio did work for us on our cabinets. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Ignacio and his team. We found
that Ignacio really cares about his customers and wanted us to be satisfied with his work. In addition, he is very kind and a hard worker. He listened to our needs and did some great work on our cabinets. I couldn't recommend this company enough. We definitely plan on using Re-Masters again for our future renovation needs.

I tried to get 3 bids for this job. ! didn't show up at all, second wanted photos sent to estimate job. Ignacio was the only one to show up and measure the job. Got estimate the same day for less then half of the photo estimate. Came on a Thursday and started job on tuesday, finished same day. They did an inspection to make sure I was satisfied. I would not only recommend but I will repeat as a satisfied customer

I needed a home inspector so I decided to go with the best reviewed in the area and I'm glad I did. Tom is very thorough and professional. 100% would use his services again.

Tom is an awesome home inspector. He is very thorough and knowledgeable which I highly needed for the purchase of my first home. Also, I added the sewer inspection which I was able to view on video during the inspection. No need to look to anywhere else.

Tom was very communicative, punctual & detailed in his inspection reports. Thank you for your time.

Tom was very professional, knowledgable and detail oriented. He was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns. This is our second house and I can say that he is one of the best! For your house inspection needs, Tom is the guy. Highly recommended.

I called and Tom Harding answered all my questions immediately. I was able to conveniently schedule a next-day appointment which he attended, on time, with my agent. I received the separate sewer inspection report I requested that evening. I watched the video to find Tom has used his camera to displace some loose grease and debris, flushing the toilet to send the gunk off to the city line. I received the compete inspection the next morning. It was very extensive and included relevant photos. Tom made himself available for timely answer to follow-up questions and was flexible with his payment services when I couldn't get my Zelle account to work through my bank. I couldn't be happier with his service, punctuality and promptness. If I ever buy another AV home, I'll schedule with his company.

Our home inspection went very well. He was very thorough and was very knowledgeable. Very good communication and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
