Constraction reviews in Lancaster, California

Building a pool is the hard part. Looking at it, swimming and enjoying it iis the easy part.

But because of Alan Jackson Pools, both have been easy and stress free. After 4 years of being a happy pool owner, we've had two very minor issues. One of them was me, not knowing what to do. The other was a simple part that needed fixing. On both occasions John and his crew responded right away! They don't stop until we are happy and the pool is in perfect shape.

I kind of expected after the final check cleared, that we'd be on our own.
I was wrong. They don't just build pools with care and integrity, they make sure it continues to be everything we wanted. Thank you John. Thank you Alan Jackson Pools!

Alan Jackson Pools just finished building my pool and spa and I wanted to take the time to share my experience and to say thank you for such an incredible job. There are many competing pool companies in the Antelope Valley but Alan Jackson Pools is by far the best. Professionalism, quality of service, and exceptional customer service is what sold me on Alan Jackson Pools. Marc is a pool designing genius and he did a brilliant job designing my pool. The team and crew did a fantastic job and got the job done very fast with minimal down time. I would frequently message Marc and Dave with questions and they would always respond. The pool and spa came out beautiful and I now have all my friends, family and neighbors jealous. Alan Jackson Pools is highly recommended!

We contacted Marc at Alan Jackson Pools for an estimate on a pool. We had no idea the type of design, whether we wanted a spa, nor where we wanted to locate it within the backyard. From the moment Marc arrived, he was nothing short of professional, very helpful, and obviously very knowledgeable. He worked with us on developing a design, the tile style and color, coping style, LED lighting, pebble finish, decking, fencing, and more. The staff at Alan Jackson pools were highly professional, polite, courteous, and respectful. Marc, Eddie, and John frequently visited the site to ensure things were moving along as planned, including when contracted work was occurring, such as the concrete, pebble finish, etc.

The communication throughout the process was impeccable. We always knew what to expect, and there were never any surprises. Alan Jackson Pools and Marc cut no corners with the equipment and even included some essential pool care items, test kit, and a pool start up service which was a three day process.

One of my employees at work had a horrible experience with a local pool builder who cut corners, installed underpowered pool equipment, did an awful job with the tiling, and resulted in a lien attached to his home title due to the company not paying one of the contractors. At the end of the day, his pool ended up costing more money than what we paid for ours with Marc at Alan Jackson Pools.

We are incredibly pleased with the excellent customer service, professionalism, and outcome. We highly recommend contacting Marc at Alan Jackson Pools. It’s not worth the headache and risk of going with a non-reputable company. You’re risking a possible lien should contractors not be paid, potential lawsuits related to any injuries occurring should they not have proper workers’ comp insurance, the company disappearing with your money before the work is done, the company not being around to honor the warranty in the event something needs addressing, and more. We highly recommend you contact Marc at Alan Jackson Pools, and are confident that you won’t be disappointed.

We need to wait for warmer weather to complete the sealant around the coping, and once that is finished, I will edit the review to include more photographs from different angles and showing off the LED lighting.

Alan Jackson Pools did an amazing job at my house. I didn’t get a pool but I heard they do concrete work at turf and more so I went with them. I wanted a courtyard where my front entrance is and I couldn’t be more pleased on how it came out! Looks awesome during the day and night! They also installed my address on the pillars and I couldn’t be anymore happy on how it came out. I did cover my address though. But Excellent work! Also Excellent customer service and great communication! I definitely will be using them again for future concrete work in my backyard when it gets a little warmer out. Thank you Alan Jackson Pools Team!

The entire experience of having the pool built was great. From the initial call I felt they were a good choice and that only got more and more true as the process went on.Initially Marc came out to assess and make recommendations but I had other ideas. He was very agreeable and offered really smart insights and we came together on a plan quickly. The quote was better than any of the competition and not once was I asked for more money or told sorry we can't do this or that. His team of builders was super. They worked as a team like a well oiled machine and were fast efficient clean and trustworthy. I felt completely at ease having them at my home during the process. They cleaned up after every work day and were friendly throughout. Today as I look out at the pool I am amazed at the transformation to my yard. I would recommend Alan Jackson Pools above any other pool company and feel very lucky that I found them. In an age where contractors are notorious for ripofffs scams, disappearing halfway through jobs NONE of those concerns exist with Alan Jackson Pool. Great company wonderful service and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks to the entire team!!!

We had our Patio put in around 2000 or 2001. We chose the Slat Patio in dark brown & it is absolutely beautiful. It is over 15 years old & hasn't faded at all & looks as beautiful as the day it was put up. The workers were great & it was installed in one day. We had a wooden patio at our old home, but took a chance with Alumawood this time. No upkeep, just hose it off occasionally & you're good. If you're looking for an affordable & high quality improvement to your home - these are the guys you want.

Jeff was great! He communicated with us well and had timely responses. We had an alumawood patio cover installed over our existing concrete and he and his team did an amazing job! After getting quotes from multiple companies, we decided to go with JB construction. Jeff offered the best price with the best quality. No other company came even close to his quote. The materials took a bit to arrive due to COVID, but once they were available his team wasted no time in getting started. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, to include how well they kept our yard clean while working the project. JB Construction is beyond exceptional and we plan to use them for more home projects!

JB Construction did a fantastic job on our Alumawood patio cover. We were very satisfied with his communication and attention to detail. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend him and are planning to hire him again.

George and his team at Pentemo provide excellent, professional service. The team is attentive and responds in a timely and effective manner.

Thank you George for on top of the planning. We’re lucky to know you .

Awesome person and really good price for the work and quality, thanks Jorge

Great contractor very ethical .

Majextic C&I did a great job after our hose was flooded in 2015 redoing our drainage, putting in a wall and relandscping our front yard to make sure it couldn't happen again. George and his crew went over and above the original plan and responded quickly to help us out at this difficult time for us.

Everyone at this company is a pleasure to work with. They are responsive to all my needs and believe me, rehabing a repo house, I had a lot of needs. I would highly recommend giving the professionals at Majestic a call if you need any Handyman work.

The best quality of service with years of experience.

It was great working with George on multiple kitchen remodels through a 3rd party. Honest, diligent, fair, quality work, responsive, highly knowledgeable and on time. Always pleasant.

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Pentemo Development. We contracted with them to remodel our outdoor kitchen and they were professional and courteous. They did all work with high quality and care and the finished product was beautiful. We will definitely use them again!

Pentemo has done a wonderful job each time they have done repairs on my rental property. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for all general repair and construction needs.
