Constraction reviews in Lancaster, California

Highly Recommend! Tom was super professional and thorough, not missing a detail. He walked us through his findings of the inspection and had written up an extremely detailed report that we will use to negotiate with the seller. He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. The report was returned to us early the following day. Extremely reasonable in price too! Highly recommend!

Tom is the best!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail and willingness to share his wisdom and professional opinion is unmatched. I highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Thomas during my home inspection. He was incredibly thorough and professional—catching several issues that the previous inspector completely missed. Even my realtor mentioned that the first inspection was maybe 80% complete, while Thomas delivered a full 100%. He went above and beyond, recommending several important repairs to help ensure that I’d be safe and secure in the home as a buyer. He explained everything clearly and always made sure we had a chance to ask questions. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend! AND Yes I'm a real Person no gimmicks here! Thank you Thomas if you're reading this!

I had a fantastic experience with Tom. He was extremely professional, punctual, and very thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain every detail, pointing out both the strengths and potential issues with the properties (I have used his services 3 times). His report was very detailed, easy to understand, and provided quick turnaround time. I truly appreciate his expertise and attention to detail, which gave me peace of mind in making my home purchase decision. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a reliable home inspection service.

Tom was great, very thorough and detailed. I had my father along for the day and he was asking Tom all kinds of questions. Tom would answer everything and kept us updated as he went through the house. I was very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone going through inspections.

Moneys worth! They encourage following them through the inspection and answers all your questions! Not sure? They will go into detail to explain. This was my very first inspection and I will never expect less, absolutely amazing and professional job 10/10 thank you Tom!

He includes detailed pictures and his findings are written clearly for us to review. He has many years of experience and we greatly recommend him to anyone who needs home inspection services. Thank you very much!

Tom was absolutely great! My fiancé and I contacted him for 2 home inspections and one sewer inspection. He was very thorough with his work, the report was delivered in a timely manner and was very easy to read and understand. He was able to answer any questions my fiancé and I had during the inspections, his many years of experience absolutely show through his expansive knowledge in the field. Tom was also willing to work with our tight schedules. I would highly recommend Tom as a home inspector. Great guy all around!

First off I’d like to say I was very pleased with his inspection report! 10/10. Found Tom off of reviews! WOULD 1000% recommend paying his fee, very knowledgeable. honestly could say he went above and beyond with the inspection! Very very thorough with the inspection and gave us helpful recommendations to keep our house in tiptop shape for years to come!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He doesn’t cut corners !

When I bought my house last year, I was referred to Tom for my home inspection and I was pleased that I went with him. He was very thorough and noticed things needing attention that I would not have known to look for. He was punctual and professional and I will call him again for future inspections. Tom was even available and helpful after the inspection answering questions for me that maybe didn’t pertain to his inspection, but he would give a thoughtful answer anyway.

Tom was professional and very informative about explaining everything he was doing and what he found that was of concern. He answered any questions I had and took his time making sure everything he needed to check with the home was complete! I will definitely hire him again if I decide to purchase another home. If you need someone fast and excellent at what he does, Tom is your go to person and he will have your report written and completed within 24 hours. Price is very reasonable! Thank you Tom for your expertise!

Tom was very thorough in his inspection of our house and sewer line. He was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Tom was amazing, he was on time and charged us the exact price he originally quoted. I am a contractor myself, and he was able to easily spot small clues, that turned out to be big issues. We are thankful for that! So happy we found him as it is hard to find an honest and thorough home inspector these days.

We are first time home buyers and Tom was very quick to schedule and provide any answers needed prior to inspection day.
Tom was great, even though recommended to walk with your inspector, he personally invited us to walk and talk with him so we may get all the information needed. With every new area in the home he would pause and ask if we had any questions. He was very thorough and I absolutely loved that he made sure to voice any problems aloud in the house!

My experience with the home Inspection and with our inspector Tom went amazingly. With this being my first time going through a home inspection Tom went out of his way to make sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed and was flexible with my schedule. When we went through the walkthrough of his finding I was surprised just how much attention to detail was put into everything regarding the home and just how much there is to know about home maintenance and potential problems areas. I would highly recommend TH inspections for your home inspection!

I cannot thank Tom enough for his excellent and stellar home inspection services. Not only was he extremely detailed and thorough, but also very knowledgeable and you can just tell right off the bat that he’s experienced and been in the game for several years. He did the home inspection on a Sunday, which is a great plus. Came on time and taught me a lot of information that was quite insightful. His sewer line inspection service was very quick and he doesn’t hide anything from you. He does crawlspace inspections as well with precise analysis of every single inch, every millimeter of the home. Whatever he sees and observes, Tom will inform you and allow you to make your own personal decisions of what you want to do with the potential property purchasing process. His reports are extremely helpful and detailed/organized. I HIGHLY, emphasis on HIGHLY, recommend everyone to choose Tom as their home inspector when wanting to purchase a home. His pricing is very reasonable and I thought it was truly worth the cost. Don’t choose anyone else, you heard it from me. Thank you Tom for everything and I will choose you for future property inspections when the time comes.
