I hired Jesus at Brothers Plumbing and Septic to inspect my 14-year-old septic tank after another company LS Construction charged me $450 to tell me that he could not certify my septic tank. I did not get any written report or pictures from LS Construction regarding why my septic tank did not pass certification. Instead, they quoted me $7500 to install a new concrete septic tank. Usually concrete septic tanks last 20-30 years. So I decided to get a second opinion. Jesus inspected my tank and told me that there is nothing wrong with my tank. He certified my tank, pumped my tank and repaired a concrete lid that was broken by LS Construction (which did not tell me about the fact that they broke my lid) for a reasonable fee. He also repaired my toilets and sinks for a reasonable price. My escrow went smoothly after the certification and the repairs. Jesus is professional, honest, and responsive and his fees are reasonable, unlike LS Construction which charged me $450 to fail my tank in order to force me to replace my tank unnecessarily. What a difference it makes when you hire the right people for the job.
