This company has done a couple of projects for me and has been very professional and extremely competent. I highly recommend them. They are also very reasonably priced compared to most Plumbing outfits.

The plumber, Yony was incredibly thorough and professional in fixing our toilet and bathtub. He calmly explained the solution during a stressful situation and completed the work honestly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We’re truly grateful for his help.

Everything about the experience was extremely easy & seamless. After an appt request they were at my house within an hour to fix the problem. Adam & his helper really went above & beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommend Rooter Hero!

We had a big job and it needed several teams and manpower to complete. Rooter Hero was quick and efficient.

Adam and Joey were fantastic...prompt and courteous! However, I am absolutely unhappy with my followup. The $512 cost to send a camera down is nothing short of preposterous exorbitant then the pressure to actually decide on the spot to have them to the work is truly troubling as the pressure is exacerbated by the fact that the insane $512 will be credited to the work BUT ONLY on the day of the inspection...plain click n bait...i really thought that they were honest but I was wrong:(

Adam and Joey are awesome. They were quick honest and gave more options than just one. We found out we have a ton of chlorine in our cooking/drinking water. Thank god they came. Now we will be doing something to adjust that. Much appreciation. -MH

Made additional recommendations for additional services including air conditioning maintenance, offering discounts. What impressed me most was his referral to colleagues outside of this company that will provide excellent, affordable service if he is booked solid. Not many companies are willing to recommend other competitors. Due to the fact that he was running behind, he and Adam, offered additional discounts which is greatly appreciated. I had Adam come by to fix a clogged main line at my house, and I couldn’t be happier with his service! He was timely, professional, and very thorough. He not only removed all the clogs but also snaked the drain with a camera to show me that everything was completely clear. It was incredibly informative and reassuring to see the results. I am thankful that I choose Rooter Hero. I had exceptional service success from making my initial appointment with Sam. I got to speak with Adam and met his technician, Joe yesterday afternoon. Joe was very thorough and explained to me the cause of my problem with my shower head and faucet leaking. He even showed me where the water shutoff is along with the main part that impacts the water pressure.I am grateful for Rooter Hero for their care and amazing customer service. It’s amazing quality. Originally Joey came out within an hour and a half of calling them for help. He was very friendly, explained very well what he was doing and kept me up to date on the progress. It ended up we had bigger problems so he called his boss. Adam came out and was very friendly and helpful. He explained the problems we had and how they could fix them. When making us a estimate he gave multiple options and explained each and every option we had available to us. Such a good place to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. Both men were excellent!!

Great service! I called around 10 pm and Bryan rolled.over at 11:30 pm to try to clear the main. Turns out it was severe roots requiring several larger pieces of equipment and eventually a liner for the permanent repair. Over the next several days he was on site and made sure I was happy with the cleanup at the end. They showed the camera video of the line and explained the options available. And sent before and after videos to my email. The repair was not cheap but they did it right and even checked on permtting requirements. These guys do it right!
