We had a loud, screeching noise coming from our water heater. We also needed a new kitchen faucet installed. I called AV Plumbing, who came out the same day, which was amazing!! Mike was our plumber. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. He was able to start the work immediately and came back the next day to finish everything up. We had him remove an old water filtration system and replace our water pressure regulator that was shot. The cost he gave us was fair and he did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be using Mike, at AV Plumber again, if needed. I already referred him to a neighbor as well. We’ve tried a few plumbing companies out here and he by far was the best. Thank you so much Mike and AV Plumbing; we are very truly grateful!!

I called AV Plumbing to do an urgent replacement of my parent’s water heater. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced. Would highly recommend them. The tech they sent out, Tim, was polite and professional and his knowledgeable service put my parents at ease.

I don't like posting negative re views but I think others should be warned. AV Plumbing's prices are high. There was one quoted price. There was no parts and labor breakout even after we talked with the owner after the fact. We paid $425 for plumbing repairs ( discounted from $450 because we are "good people"). The tech replaced two leaking washing machine faucets and a Moen shower fixture catridge. The turn on handle for the shower fixture was getting very hard to turn (because of the worn out cartridge) and then finally the water would not turn off at all so I had to turn off the water to the whole house. Bottom line, when I called the plumber I was in a bad negotiation position. The tech and owner assured us we got a good price and the tech did have to use a special tool to remove the shower fixture cartridge. Still, I feel we paid too much and they took advantage of the situation. The tech was polite and came out quickly and the problems appear to fixed. Again we over paid. And again, I don't like posting negative reviews but I think others should be warned.

My gas water heater started to leak Thursday, 4/16/2026, and I called Home Depot to get it repaired. The company they contracted with couldn't come out until next week. So, I started looking up plumbing companies that day but no one could come out the same day. I left messages for 3 companies. The following morning around 6am I received a text from Absolute Best stating they could come out around 10 am and bring the water heater I had already purchased to install it. Alan, the technician, came and installed my water heater efficiently, and timely. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing jobs.
