Amazing customer service! Anthony came out and not only fixed our toilet without any issues, he was super nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company. What a breath of fresh air to deal with such a professional plumber!

Hunter from The Plumber arrived on time and did a fantastic job! We had to get a whole house leak detector shut off thing installed for insurance. He explained the process and the quote thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on before agreeing to the work. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job as well! Great conversation and attitude! Would definitely call them out again for future work!

Anthony was clean, thorough, & did a very professional job. We trust The Plumber more than any other plumbing service we've ever used. Will definitely only use them in the future. They are fast, professional and do a great job!

What a wonderful experience for a horrible situation! Having a pipe that bursts is never fun but especially the day after a holiday with lots of dishes to still clean. The quick response and excellent all around experience was pleasant from the phone call to the repair, everything was handled professionally. I had to call this service after being done dirty by a Home Depot installation… they sent Daniel out and he came within an hour and helped fix my broken water valve so I could turn my water back on. Daniel is a great and a trustworthy guy who knows what he’s talking about. He educated me on multiple things the Home Depot guys were doing incorrectly, moral of the story- it is worth it to spend the extra money for a professional while getting an appliance installed. Other wise you’ll just have to call one to come fix the amateur’s mistakes

The plumbers did a great job! They were friendly and helpful and fixed an issue I have had for years. They were highly recommended to me and Im glad I was able to get my home warranty to assign them to me. I highly recommend them!!

They came out same day within 3 hours of my initial call. Richard was very friendly and completed the work fast and cleaned up after. He was respectful of my property. I didn’t mind paying a bit over what it should have cost due to the response time. I had The bolts and the seals around the flap replaced inside the tank and it cost $285. It was at the top end of what the internet said it should cost, but who else can have a plumber at their doorstep within three hours? I will definitely use them again.

The technicians were friendly and explained the steps they took while working. They also cleaned up everything. The cost was less than estimated so that was great. I’ll definitely be calling this company for all my future plumbing needs!

Expert service, very professional, reasonable prices, and work is backed 100%. Our master register busted. Major job. They did everything perfect and even planned ahead to prevent dirt and mud damage for convenience of turning main water to house off without having to do it from the street. As you can see from the photo, plants were replanted carefully, sidewalk and porch were cleaned up neatly, and pipe insulation was installed beautifully. I can’t say enough good things about the service. The owner is also an awesome person.

I give Mark and Anthony five stars for their expertise and representing the plumber company. I gave a half :-) on the other posting because I have a broken pipe and I wasn’t expecting that! I have a 70-year-old Home so I guess it is what it is. Thank you you.

Hunter was great. Efficient work and just a really nice person. He installed a leak detector device and a pressure reducing valve that the device needed due to the city H2O PSI coming in high. He courteously explained what was needed and why. Would absolutely recommend.

We were referred to the Plumber through our home warranty. We ended up needing our water heater replaced.Their front office staff responded quickly and were very helpful. The guys that came out were professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

Work was done, washer was connected fine, but drain hose was not secured and flooded the garage.

Outstanding communication from the Plummer. I had a text confirmation of the appointment within a minute of hanging up. I was notified when the assigned Plummer Hunter was on the way. Tankless systems are complicated. Hunter quickly located two issues. Told me what to expect as a cost. He ran into an unforeseen issue but corrected it. Over all Hunter is a really good Plummer. The Company is outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future.
