We have a tankless hot water heater - it worked fine for several years and then started randomly shutting off. I had called the company who installed it, they charged me almost $500 to "clean" the unit but the problem still was not fixed. I called another plumber who supposedly worked on tankless hot water heaters - they also tried to fix the problem by "cleaning" the unit, more money spent and still not fixed. I was about ready to have the unit replaced and install a new unit, but AirStream Heating and Air happened to be working on my furnace - I asked them if they could recommend someone, they gave me the name of Patriot Plumbing. Basically, Patriot came out spent a few minutes on the phone with the tankless manufacturer and discovered that the altitude had never been set correctly on the unit - set the correct altitude and presto every thing worked again as advertised. Patriot charged me a responsible rate for fixing the problem, at about a quarter of the previous two plumbers - but the tankless water heater worked fine after they left and is still working fine several years later! Highly recommend Patriot - they have since fixed several other plumbing issues at our house and office, each time with great service. Can't say enough good about these folks!

Water heater T&P broke. They came out same day and replaced it. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Good price for the little bit of extra work he had to do with my copper pipes. Definitely recommend.

I have used these guys for a few years now for my primary residence and my rental property. They are courteous, on time, reasonably priced and do great work. Our Technicians Danny and Derrick provided outstanding service. The bathtub drain pipe was leaking from underneath the tub. The issue was quickly identified. The repair was somewhat complicated but was taken care of quickly and professionally. Both Danny and Derrick were friendly and knowledgeable. We will call them again for any future plumbing issues.

John was so kind, fixed our problem quickly, and was so pleasant to have out. We've had several plumbers come out over the years but our experience with patriot plumbing was by far the best. Will definitely be calling these guys out for any further plumbing needs.

Last night went go home from work our bathroom was plugged. Called Patriot and they were there in about 30min. Chris put up[ with my big dog following him and sticking his nose into everything he was doing. Fixed in 30 min and about a third of what I expected it to cost. Recommending to everyone

They arrived in a timely manner, informed me of everything that they were doing beforehand, and were incredibly professional. I'm a real estate Broker and managing buildings. The best way to discribe Patriot Plumbing is responsive, professional & honest which is hard to find now days. Had a gas leak in one of the units, Derek answered the phone, quoted the service fee, scheduled it, his man Chris showed up found the problem and stayed within the quoted price. Amaizing service! Danny and Derrick were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They installed two faucets, repaired a leak, and recaulked the kitchen sink. They answered all my questions and made some good suggestions. I would use Patriot Plumbing again.
