Needed emergency bathtub faucet repair. Hot water valve wouldn't shut off after shower. The Plumber sent tech Rodney out within an hour since he was already working on another job in the area. Rodney diagnosed correctly, drove to get the parts and repaired within an hour. Highly recommend The Plumber. Price was not the lowest but definitely not in the higher range other companies have quoted for this type of repair. I will use this company again.

The guys showed up on time, fast, efficient, clean, very polite. Had the new water heater installed fast. They did an excellent job. They were here and gone in no time.

Because of some unforeseen circumstances I was in need of a plumber badly.
The situation was beyond disgusting.
It was not my home, the blockages were not caused by me but the problem became 100% mine to deal with.I was so mortified by the whole situation that it took me several days to work up the courage to call a plumber. When I finally did, I called “The Plumber”
I made the appointment for the next day.
That morning I got a follow up call to provide some personal information and to describe what the problem was. Daniel was the plumber sent to diagnose/fix the plumbing problem. Because of the notes on my order he had a vague idea of the situation but I am certain he had no idea how bad it was going to be. I explained the plumbing situation and my situation to him and he went above and beyond to fix the problems. He was professional, respectful, kind and caring. Daniel is truly an asset to your company and a blessing to the world.

I had an issue with my dishwasher disposal that was causing a leak from the bottom mount, and these plumbers came through clutch. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it the right way instead of just doing a temporary patch job. You can tell they actually care about their work and take pride in doing things properly.

They explained what went wrong, made sure everything was sealed and aligned correctly, and tested it before leaving to make sure there were no more drips. Super professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

If you want someone reliable who knows what they’re doing and won’t cut corners, I definitely recommend them. Solid service and peace of mind.

I had a generally good experience with The Plumber. They were able to get my toilet back up and running, and while the repair itself might seem simple, it became more involved with remodeling and a home warranty in the mix.

Im horrible with names but I think my techs name was Marc.. He worked with me to assess the necessary repairs, coordinated with the warranty company, and provided a reasonable timeline. Overall, the job was handled competently and professionally, and I appreciated their willingness to work through the process.

He was extremely pleasant throughout the entire job, even though he faced setbacks because of not having all of the information for the job! I am extremely happy!
