Mr. Alan saved the day! My water heater began leaking and shooting water last night. My homeowners insurance was unable to come for service right away. I found Absolute Best Service Plumbing online through a quick Google search. After contacting Alan, he arrived within 30 minutes. He is professional, has fast service, friendly, and completed accurate work with the best quality. Not only did he fix the water heater leak, he also brought my heater up to code and moved it to the accurate position and upgraded to better quality hoses.
Alan is knowledgeable and has reasonable pricing. I plan to use Absolute Best Service in the future for all my plumbing, sink, and water heater related needs.

I called Absolute Best Service because I was having toilet issues. Toilet broke. His name is Alan, he came, fixed it. He found a mayonnaise bottle in the pipe. Neither of us asked why, appreciated that, it felt safer that way. Now it flushes. Five stars for Alan’s plumbing skills and emotional restraint. He said it’s happened before. I really didn’t ask how. Thanks!!

I contacted ABS the first time a few years ago to do a full repiping of my home, not only was the pricing reasonable they were professional, quick, and I haven't had an issue since.

When I got a notice from my insurance that I had to put on a flow detection device, they were my first call.

They came out quick, knew exactly what I needed and let me order the device myself to save a few bucks.

Easy to work with. Great communication. Reasonable prices for the quality of work.

Absolute Best Service plumbing is the way a professional business should be run. Alan runs his business with great professionalism and integrity. He has replaced my gas line for my fire pit, replaced my water heater with a tankless and more recently replaced my garbage disposal. Quick responses and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you to death like a lot of plumbers. Highly recommend

So disappointed in Alan. He did a gas line replacement for me and the system was not bled or pressure tested when the job was finished, leading to hot water heater not heating. On top of the re-pipe, which was almost $2k, he charged me $200 to replace a thermacouple which wasn't the problem. Had to replace my regulator and pig tail which was damaged during re-pipe. I thought this kid had integrity but he's just greedy and screws over people that trust him. I reached out to him about all of this and he blew me off.

Had new gas line run to my heater. Explained everything they were doing. Work was done quick and efficiently. They connected it to my HVAC and didn't leave it nubbed out which was nice.

Honestly, finding a great, honest plumber is really hard. With Allen, from Absolute Best Service Plumbing, I didn't have that problem.

His pricing is competitive, his service is the absolute best. It's not just a name, it's legitimate. Him and his dad were amazing. They answered all of my questions, were super nice and courteous which is surprisingly hard to find in this industry, call around and you'll find out how rude plumbers can be.

Allen was the opposite. Super approachable, easy to talk to, and he explains what he's doing without losing you in jargon or overcomplication.

I gave them five stars because of everything above. We did a complete repipe on our plumbing and he started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. He communicated with us the whole time each step and what to expect. We knew when the water would be cut off and we knew how much to expect to pay. No hidden charges and no gotchas.

I really liked how they cut even on the drywall, because we've had plumbers before who just sliced and diced the wall and it was super uneven which costed us more to repair later.

I really appreciated his professionalism, and his great customer service. He is the absolute best service plumber in Lancaster and Palmdale.

We greatly appreciated that Alan immediately answered our call for a shower and toilet repair and was able to provide same day service. He was prompt, curteous and knowledgeable. He evaluated the systems before starting repairs, fixed both the toilet and the shower in a timely fashion. He ran them after the repair to ensure they functioned properly. He also asked us to check them out as well. We apprepeciate not only his prompt knowledgeable service but also his thoroughness.

We had an emergency with a water leak in the bathroom under the sink. We needed someone to be able to come out the same day. I had called 3 other plumbers and they were all booked. The best they could do was the next day. We called Absolute Best Service Plumbers and they were able to get here the same day and earlier in the day vs end of the day. The plumber was fast, efficient and very professional. He resolved and fixed our problems within an hour. We very much appreciate the timely response and being able to fit us into his schedule especially so close to the holidays. Definitely would call him again for any other plumbing issues.

Alan was an amazing technician and followed my dad’s left instructions (before he passed away) so we wanted to make sure it was just his dad wanted it! And it is! This was the first time Alan of Absolute Best came to our house. I had a list of things for both bathrooms. Everything was outstanding, we could not be more pleased. In effort to get my 🏡 homeowners insurance renewed by farmers insurance. Farmers Insurance is now requesting homeowners to install and an automatic shut-off valve. I didn’t want to, but I had no choice. I called The Plumber. They sent their rep daniel. Daniel was. professional and efficient. He did the job in a few hours. Now I can renew my house insurance with Farmers insurance. Thanks, Daniel.

I had a toilet that was leaking from the bottom, and the plumbers came out promptly to fix it (same day I called it in). They were very professional, friendly, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The job was done quickly and cleanly — no more leaks! I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs in the Palmdale area.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the Plumber. They fixed my tub drain and sealed my toilet and were in contact with me to let me know what I needed and how much it would cost before doing the work. I definitely recommend their services.

I had an issue with my water pressure. Anthony and Mark came out and were so incredibly helpful. They explained the issue with the water regulator and what would need to be done to fix it.
