Robert R came out to replace a new faucet in our kitchen. He was friendly and professional. He even arrived early.
We definitely recommended Antelope Valley Plumbing.

They charged me $98 just to come to my house to balloon the price to 250 for some leaky swamp cooler pipes. I would never use this service again beware cause they will scam you in pricing.

Tim was very good at his job. Polite and helpful. I definitely will be using him again. The phone contact was great

Set up an appointment with AV Plumbing between 10:00am and 12 noon and at 11:30 I called to make sure somebody was coming, the lady answering the phone said that Kevin was running late and was stuck in Acton, but could be at my house at 2:00pm, well 2:00pm came and no Kevin, so at 3:30pm I called again and the same lady stated that she was supposed to notify me that Kevin was running late but forgot, she called Kevin to find out where he was at, he was still in Acton and said he should be at my house at 4:45pm.
After I hang the phone I decided to call back and cancel, but the same lady on the phone went a wild rant cutting me off mid-sentence and would not let me talk. It became obvious that I made a big mistake calling these people; I dodged the bullet with this unprofessional, unethical company that has no sense of good customer service.

We had agreed to a time "interval" between 8-10 am and for them to call me in advance of at least 30 minutes before arrival. While I was on another call and couldn't answer the phone until only [ 10 minutes ] after missing their last recent call, they indicate that they are going to another job and no longer can come because I didn't answer the phone right away? These people have no patience or understanding with customers and are arrogant and ungrateful for your business. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great company will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs. The technician Jorge was super nice and explained everything to us, he snaked our main line and ran a sewer camera and recommended a hydro jetter which cleared our sewer line thanks Antelope Valley Plumbing !!

It's too bad a couple reviewers had bad experiences. I was another customer who was surprised & satisfied. I called at 9 PM on a Friday because I had a leaking water heater; "Mike" answered and said he would get someone out the next day (Saturday). The guy (another "Mike") actually showed up, he looked at the WH, got a new one from the warehouse and installed it completely by 1 PM. It doesn't get much better than that.

Really amazing customer service and satisfaction. I had a leak on a sprinkler control in my backyard, they came by to fix it and it was all good for a couple of weeks, then the new part sprung a leak unfortunately, but when i called and explained the situation they helped me out the same day and re-did the job and reinforced it for extra precaution at no extra charge. Thank you av plumbing for excellent satisfaction 👍

Antelope Valley Plumping is our go to plumbing company. Their work is top notch, professional with very reasonable prices and they arrive on time. Mikel Bostic came out today and did a fantastic job. Any chance I get to refer them to others, I will.

We are completely satisfied with the plumber, Jose, who was most courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. They came on time, fixed our issue perfectly and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

We always use them because they are less than 5 miles from us, we usually go with Travis to help us but Robert was available, they said between 2 to 4pm, so we think more closer to 4pm. No Robert arrived at 1:59pm greeted with a happy greeting and introduced himself and immediately asked what he could do in our time of need, I showed him what the problem was , gave me a instant quote, I agreed and within 10 mins it was fixed, av plumbing hires the best and because of that I will always recommend them! Another 5 star!

Mike took care of replacing both of our toilets, our bathroom sink faucet, & shower faucet .. great work @ a reasonable price, very happy with the work performed, & Mike's demeanor .. he carried himself professionally & treated my wife with kindness & respect. Would definitely recommend!

This is an exceptional professional service. The office staff Amy, was polite, professional and followed up. The staff that come with the water heater were on time, professional, answered all questions, & cleaned up.

I had a water heater that needed to be brought up to code. Called up AV for an estimate and got a reasonable number from Robert. After going over the options, I decided to go with AV as Robert struck me as both professional and knowledgeable in his trade. Within a week, Robert was back at my house and got to work. After he left, a light leak sprung in the piping. I called AV and Robert came back the same day to fix the issue. He promptly took responsibility, didn't make any excuses and fixed the leak. He triple checked things before leaving to ensure no more surprises. I'm very satisfied with Robert's attitude and professionalism.

Had a pipe that had blown off an old end cap and was spraying water everywhere. After shutting off the water to the house, I called my usual plumber - who was booked solid for the next several days. After checking some quick reviews, I called AVP and requested a service, and they gave me a slot for the same day. Robert R. showed up, was fast and friendly, and even got there an hour earlier than promised. While I'm not a plumber by trade, I knew that slapping an end cap on was a fast and easy fix, and figured that it would be between $100 and $150. It ended up being $150, and while I don't know if that's necessarily a great price, Robert took care of it quickly, efficiently, and with no drama. I would def call them again in the future if the need arises.

As always, on time, helpful, honest and saved us a LOT of money. Mike has been here a couple times, remembered my husband's record collection that was partly damaged in a mini flood in our home, too.

We have used them to replace a kitchen faucet, find the reason we had a mini flood, replace a garbage disposal .....a few other issues over several years.
They do not charge us for things we do not need, complete the job quickly and thoroughly.
During the most of recent visit, we were prepared to have to replace our entire water heater. Mike was honest in telling us that our unit was one of the better ones from years ago, that he did not believe there was any other issue other than the voltage regulator.

After testing the regulator, and finding the voltage was about 1/4 of what it was supposed to be, We only needed to spend $225 instead of a little over $1,600 to upgrade the heater and all the piping.

I had an issue with one of my toilets on Thursday night, and called early on Friday morning hoping that they would be able to come out. They were able to come out within 3-hours of my call, and resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. It cost me $98. I don't know what the going rate is, but I thought it was reasonable for a service call and for the service itself. I will use their service in the future!

Alert and Beware! Watch this company when using them. Mike, the owner, and Kathy, a receptionist. Both were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I use them to service my swamp cooler and they indicated the charge was for 175.00. I have a voicemail message indicating this from Kathy. However, my credit card was charged 335.00, when I called their office, Mike picked up the phone and i wanted clarification of the charge and he got upset which got nowhere. In addition, i never received a copy of the receipt showing what was actually completed.

I contacted Mike, he had a plumber out about 2 hours later. Excellent communication and safety minded to covid to keep everyone safe. The repair was completed in a timely manner. They are very professional and excellent at their job. I am having them back next week to repipe my entire house. I would recommend A.V. Plumbing to anyone. You won't find anyone better and their pricing is competitive. 5 STARS !!!

Called Antelope Valley Plumbing to take a look at my leaking water heater. Amy was able to schedule me in on the same day and a plumber arrived when she said they would. Robert verified that the water heater needed to be replaced, and then proceeded to perform the work in a very friendly and professional manner. Robert will talk your ear off, but once he's got his noise cancelling headphones on he's all business! Good people, good work, and a reasonable price!

I’ve used several plumbing companies in my 25 years here in Lancaster and this is the absolute best! Mike did a great job in the sweltering heat and crawling under the house. Quickly found the leak, repaired it and cleaned everything before leaving. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done.
Our next door neighbor had a similar leak last month and she raved about this company so we figured we’d try them. What a gift! I highly recommend this company. Outstanding quality!
