Derek, dispatcher, and Mike, General Manager, at Patriot Plumbing are very professional and responded quickly to our leak detection request. Both of them explained thoroughly of what the leak detection inspection involves and what is required to stop the leak. Mike found the leak within 30 minutes and was able to cap off the leak. Their customer service is excellent - they made us feel important by interacting in a friendly, helpful, positive way. They gave us peace of mind during this stressful situation. We highly recommend Patriot Plumbing!!!

Update 10-6-2025: I had an easy flow furtigator removed from my system. Danny, did an awesome job repairing the main line. I will take a photo of what he did. When danny was done with that, I informed him I had a couple of my angle valves under the laundry room sink were frozen. He came in and checked every one of them in my house, and told me what the cost would be. I told Danny when they slow down during christmas, I'll have them come out and do the work. Having done all the plumbing repairs in my house myself and I used to enjoy it. But now I am getting too old to do the repairs myself. I trust Patriot, Plumbing, they're the best. I had a house leak and they had to cut into my drywall.I never expected them to repair my drywall. I had another person do the drywall repairs.

I had a check valve fail on my water well system (2" pipe from storage tank to F&W pressure pump), and had no water. I was "shocked" how fast Danny came out...These guys Rock !!! Price was fair, work was top notch...that is why they are 5 stars.

Patriot Plumbing has exceptional work staff and they get the job done. They have the best prices by far and they get the job done. I love this company and the young crew they send out. Danny, came out today at the end of the day and he was great. Even though the problem turned out to be electrical (no power to the tankless water heater), I was very appreciative he made the time to check. We can’t thank Patriot Plumbing enough for helping with our parents water heater and toilet today! We called them late last night when our parents 34 year old water heater sprung a leak. They were wonderful. My husband was able to turn off the rusted pipe so we didn’t have to have them come so late. They were here first thing this morning. They replaced the ancient water heater with a beautiful new one and fixed their toilet so fast. We will recommend and use Patriot Plumbing always! Thank you so much!!!!

Any time I have a plumbing problem, I call Patriot Plumbing. They always do an outstanding job and are always very professional.
This time I had a leaky water heater plus another water heater that was way past due for replacement. I also had a leaky shower valve.
When I called Patriot, they offered to come out immediately since it was the water heater (it was 6:30pm) but told them that next day would be fine, if they could do it. Got a call first thing next day and they were there at 9am with my two new water heaters and replacement shower valve. Got the job done in under two hours and did a great job of cleaning up (see attached photo).
As always, I got a job well done, great service and at a reasonable price. Thanks again, Patriot Plumbing !

Title High Cost Unacceptable Finish- Charged $450 for incomplete Work. 11/12/2025 [Date work performed]
I hired Patriot Plumbing to repair outside water spigot. The cost for this simple repair was an excessive $450.00. However, the real issue was the level of professionalism and job completion by the plumber, Mike. Not only did he leave a significant hole in my stucco exterior, but when questioned about it , I was simply told †o buy stucco patch and fix it m¥self. Furthermore, he left the heavy concrete cover for the main water valve standing in m yard after turning water back on, forcing me a senior citizen to replace cover back myself to secure it.
For $450 I expect a job to be fully completed which includes basic patching of outside stucco. I hope this review spares at least 1 person from having the same experience. I will also be filing a compliant with the state board about this incident.

I made the mistake of drilling into a water pipe. I made a second mistake by trying to repair it myself.

Fortunately I contacted Plumber Duck and they were, first off, friendly! It is amazing how many people I have called and their tone of voice is stand off ish and just plainly rude.

They came within a couple hours of me calling and the entire experience was seamless. Pipe fixed within a few minutes and they made suggestions for future proofing our home to prevent leaks.

Price was reasonable, especially for an “emergency” type call.

I look forward to using them in the future!

Plumber Duck just picked up a new customer for life!

I needed a plumber yesterday, so I did an internet search, and it started out discouraging. The first plumber I called said he wouldn’t be able to get here until the end of next week; the second said: best case scenario, Friday / worst case scenario Monday or Tuesday😫.

Plumber Duck was my third call, and I expected more of the same. When he asked if I could wait, I expected to hear: for a few days, a week, longer — when he said 30-45 minutes, I about fell out of my chair. He happen to be in my area and was just finished up on the job he was on — I felt like doing cartwheels.

Plumber Duck got here in under 45 minutes. He is polite and VERY professional. The problem was huge to me, but not so much for him and he had it fixed in about hour. What’s more, his rates are so reasonable I was able to gave him a little extra to show my gratitude for his being able to get here to fix the problem so quickly.

I have put Plumber Duck in my contacts, he is now my plumber, and I have already started telling my friends and family that when they need a plumber, they need to call Plumber Duck.
