I just want to say a few things about this company Jesus and Manuel one of the most awesome trustworthy honest people I’ve ever done business with I had 10 different estimates on the re-pipe for my house every plumber that came in gave me different excuses on how they can charge me more money then when they looked at the job you can see all the different doubts in their minds all the other plumber said it would take about 4 to 5 days to do the job I called Brothers plumbing and Jesus came out he walked in the house looked around for about 10 minutes and said the job is going to be no problem never when I asked him a few questions never did his face ever flinch or did he act funny like all of the other plumbers did he said he would come in and do it in one day I was very shocked I didn’t believe him sure enough he came on a Wednesday and they were done that same day he Brought eight guys The first thing he did was grab a shovel and start digging a hole in the front of my house for the main line I was shocked never seen a owner do that always see them sitting in their cars or behind the phone somewhere else he was on the job the whole time making sure everything was done right and then he Tuned it all up at the end to make sure everything was done right I asked him why he does that he says because he wants to make sure all his work was done right he’s the one that guarantees it not the workers you don’t see owners like this they turn around and blame you later on for something else the most honest trustworthy plumbers you can ever use I will never use anyone else ever again Manuel is Jesus business partner was very awesome he came and asked me a couple different things these guys did three extra things that were not on the estimate with no hesitation didn’t even charge me extra not one penny any other of the 10 plumbers that gave me estimates would’ve charge me at least $1000-$1500 extra for what these guys did for nothing I just want to say thank you Jesus and Manwell for being the most honest people and doing the best job ever I felt very comfortable with these guys the other Plummers would’ve been up to scam you the workers were very very respectful I felt safe with these guys in my house doing my job didn’t have to triple check and keep checking on them to make sure they did the work right they were done so fast I didn’t even get a chance to check but I did check I had my license plumber contractor friend come out and check their work he was very very shocked on what they did how they did it and how fast they did it not only that but only cut two holes in my master bathroom and they pulled my sink away and did all the rest of it from behind the sink very minimal holes in the wall like all the other plumber said I would have 10 or 15 holes in the wall these guys know what they’re doing These guys are beyond five star rating guard number one in my eyes from what I dealt with with other plumbers thank you brothers plumbing and septic I appreciate everything you guys did for me Jesus and Manuel the most awesome respectful people you can ever do business with

These guys are amazing, I’ve used them twice..so reasonable, honest and ethical. If you have a plumbing or septic emergency, or need give them a call, they actually answer the phone!!

Highly recommend Brothers Plumbing - These folks are fast, efficient and well qualified in all aspects. Very pleased with the ease of working with them. Great work, with a very competitive cost.

These "wonderful" plumbers broke a water systems main line cause multiple customers to be out of water, including multiple disabled elders. No consideration for other workers in this line of business. Was told to not touch the water company meter, and to only use the customers private shut off. Ignored this and broke the main on Easter weekend. No care for others or for the customers he has caused to have no water on a holiday weekends

I deal with a lot of contractors in my work and Ive seen all kinds. Jesus, from Brothers Plumbing and Septic is very experienced and professional. But he is also a rare someone who gets things done. He was reliable, polite, honest, and didnt try to upcharge me.

They do small and large jobs. Gas, water, drains, sewer and septic. Residential and commercial but dont think just because they are able to service commercial buildings they will charge you a commercial price.

I called Brothers Plumbing and Septic because one of our properties in Palmdale had a failing septic system. Major jobs like this separate the professional plumber from the rest. I had put this off for years, worried about the cost and hassle. Dont get me wrong the permitting with the city was unnecessarily obtuse and confusing but once we got our permits, Jesus made it easy. He was in and out and really knows his profession. He retired the tanks per code, handled the inspections, and left the site level and clean...and finally on city sewer.

He is well equipped with a 200 foot long camera to find the source of the problem, and he has all the tools necessary to do the job right. Most plumbers dont even have a camera much less one that can go more than 50 feet but with major drainage issues if you don't have a camera you are left with either guessing, or digging and both of those are very expensive for the homeowner.

When I called him to look at a clogged toilet he didnt sigh and shake his head when the job got harder to dislodge something stuck in the sewer. He rolled up his sleeves and got a bigger snake out. That left me impressed and frankly relieved. When I needed help he was there late into the evening and he didnt leave until he had fixed the issue and shown me on his camera the line was clear to the sewer.

There are so many hacks out there that care more about invoicing than service but these guys are legit and I recommend them with the highest confidence that they will leave you satisfied.

Jesus is great to work with and so helpful! I needed my septic tank changed fast and he was able to finish the work in one day! I will definitely keep calling him for all my plumbing needs.

My septic alarm system was going off so I made some phone calls to business for repair. Brothers Plumbing and Septic came out on a Saturday, promptly at 8am. They were super helpful and explained the process as we went along. They repaired my septic system (pump failure) and got me a very reasonable price. They had to leave for parts and come back and waited around to make sure the new pump was functioning correctly. I will definitely be using them again for any drainage, clog or septic issue. Thanks.

Jesus, Manuel and their crew were very professional in replacement of our septic system and the leech field plus went above and beyond to make other repairs on our property to make things run smoothly they left this property in excellent condition definitely would recommend them and will use them for any of our plumbing needs in the future even if it is something as simple as replacing faucets and toilets. We really appreciated that they took the time to tell us how to make our septic system last us longer. They repaired all of the asphalt that they had to open up in order to place a new leech field out.

By far the best Septic company in the AV!! They are the most honest and reliable team, this is why I refer all of my friends, family & clients (insurance & real estate) to Mr. Ulivarria only 👌

They advertised $77 unclog your toilet. It was a rental property. I got a phone call at work saying it was going to cost $386. Seemed like a bait and switch to me. He finally said he would do the $77 but not guarantee it. This was on a Friday evening at 5 PM. I’m the rental property manager, not the owner..
I sent the owner the bill which he tried to pay on Sunday evening
I had already received two text from the Plumber asked me why I hadn’t paid. He couldn’t understand it was only $77.
When the owner tried to pay the invoice online, he was unable to. Then I got a phone call From the Plumber, Fairly harassing not understanding why I couldn’t just pay the bill
My owner sent me his credit card, and I went online and tried to pay the bill
It doesn’t work
So I called and paid the bill
From his attitude, it was like I was gonna skip town on his $77
He accused me of telling the company that I was the owner. I do not own the property. I’m the property manager.
They may have been confused, but I’m not the owner
If anything happens again, I’m gonna try to find somebody else or make sure I don’t get the same Plumber
I very really write reviews like this, but this was just too much of a hassle and it’s a bait and switch. Don’t call them.

Rooter Hero tried to charge my elderly father in law $1500 for a replacement of a simple ball valve. When he balked at their extreme overcharging, the tech tried to guilt him by saying "I came all this way!"
