Excellent support. I had a minor plumbing problem that needed to get fixed. Reliable, safe, cost effective. We were able to skip one part of the scope since it didn't need repair and I was charged much less.

Ricky Williams came out to diagnose issue with our heating system. He arrived few minutes before scheduled appointment, completed thorough inspection of our heating unit and was able to diagnose the issues we are having. Ricky explained the solutions and offered options to resolve the problem. Overall, Ricky provided excellent service and great customer support!! He provided the quote and listed several options that would fix our initial problem and also fix additional issues that were identified during the diagnostic appointment. He also explained and provided MVP membership brochure- which we already signed up for as it provides great value!!

Cameron was amazing. Went through everything with me and explained what was absolutely necessary and what to watch out for and call if it got worse. Brought a lot of “minor” things to my attention that could become major problems if we do not deal with them soon. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind to our pets.Thank you so much!

Miguel came out for a HVAC Maintenance and was very friendly and was able to fix an issue that was going on with intermittent working of our new heater. Was happy there were no extra charges and hopeful what he found and addressed fixes the issues we were having and our system works as intended for years to come. Thanks Miguel

They schedule their appointments with your convenience a top priority. I am very happy with their services.

I called with a service request for my home furnace on a Friday and was surprised that Service Champions would actually come on a Sunday – even though I didn’t request an emergency response. Adam came on time, and quickly resolved my issue at a really affordable price. He was highly professional, very competent, and walked me through my different options. I will definitely be using them again!

Initial service and diagnostics was thorough and polite. Cash, who sold us a new furnace was friendly, informative, respectful with no hard sell. The installers were all so polite and efficient. This is by far the best heating company I’ve ever dealt with!

As always I'm pleased to say my experience with the crew from Service Champions today was great. These folks are courteous and so very pleasant and professional. My service tech today was Mario and he took the extra time to review all his findings with my HVAC and answer any and all of my questions. We had a great experience with Service Champions from the initial assessment all the way through choosing our options and completing the install. We were out of heat for about five days, and they were expeditious in getting everything taken care of. They replaced our furnace and AC, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

The team was very responsive and thorough with their inspections, documenting everything with photos and providing timely updates. Barrett was awesome in explaining what was wrong and what to expect throughout the process. We also loved hearing Jim’s stories and examples—they really helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. And Analis, our lead tech, was super friendly and did a great job with the install along with her team.

Overall, we really appreciate the excellent service. We can definitely see why they’re called Service Champions.

I had an HVAC inspection done recently and had a great experience. Dave was incredibly detailed and thorough in his analysis. He carefully inspected every part of the system and took the time to clearly explain what he was checking and why it mattered.

I really appreciated that he did not rush the appointment and answered all of my questions patiently. His attention to detail and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in the condition of my HVAC system.
