Thank you for letting me share my experience of having my HVAC system installed and maintained by AIS all other workers were very knowledgeable
professional and did a very good job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has a need for an air-conditioning installation or service.
Service technician Leon came to do the QA inspection, very knowledgeable and was able to explain the need for a annual service plan which we gladly accepted and look forward to our upcoming service on our new system.

The AIS installation crew did an outstanding job installing our new furnace. They were quick and efficient and completed the job in 5 hours. A week later, Leon the AIS technician came to our house to do a thorough final system check to make sure everything is working correctly. We now have a fully functional furnace which provides a much needed heating source for our home during these cold winter days. I highly recommend their service !

Everyone at AIS, Art and the entire install team has been extremely informative and easy to work with. Art was very informative and detail oriented while going over all our options for replacing our old heater and AC unit. He was never pushy while explaining our different options or even while waiting for us to decide if we were going to go through with working with AIS. The install team was just as prompt and professional. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after both days. Overall it was a great experience working with AIS and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I had an old furnace and with the weather getting warmer, wanted a heat pump to provide cooling as well. Contacted several companies around the Bay Area to come by and give estimates. AIS and their team provided the most education and took their time to answer all my questions. Their pricing was fair.

They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, even though I challenged them a couple of times of why didn't they recommend a stronger system. "We live in California, the weather is milder. The premium on it, you'll likely never use." I appreciate their honest business practice and would recommend talking our sales rep, Art.

The team that did the work was also great. They worked hard to install the system and keep the aesthetics of the house. Took care of the house more than I do myself if I'm frank. Shout out to Rafa and his team for getting me set up right. I also want to give a shoutout to Leon, who finalized the inspection and gave the final tests and touches to our system. He made sure I was acquainted with the system and was helpful with the usage strategy.

Genell and the entire AIS team were great to work with and are a local based company. I highly recommend them for any HVAC service.

I was having trouble with my thermostat and when Christian came in he found that it was defective and I had another on hand and he installed it and I was up and running in about 40 minutes. Service Champions is a solid company. CHRISTIAN is a real knowledgeable technician.

Annual tune up was an excellent experience as usual. Moses Ortega was thorough and a pleasure to have at the house.

I used their service for couple of things. I had a water leak in my bedroom from ceiling. I tried to fix it couple of times with another plumber earlier but it came back as they did incorrect fix. Service Champions guys identified the root cause in less than half hour. Also they helped me for furnace tuning for free as part of the membership benefit. Really appreciate the quick appointment and expert service provided.

I have worked with Hector for a couple of years now and find him to be trustworthy, helpful, provides information that is essential for decision making.

Adam did a great work, but forgot to turn on the unit and I thought the unit was damaged but service champion sent me Cameron same day to fix the issue and it was just a switch on .

They came to estimate for HVAC replacement. The first thing the estimator said is that they are a big company and they pay their employees very well. Do they have to tell that even before inspections and giving the estimate? Finally the quote came up and it was unbelievably high - almost double of most of the other companies. Looks like they are specialized in service as the name indicates and not much for HVAC install.

Cameron was extremely helpful, thorough, AND fixed the problem. He takes pride in his work and for Service Champions. I will definitely call them again.

The communication is flawless, the coordination between the office and technicians is amazing. With the assistance from Michelle and Ariel from the office always inform you all the updates, via texting and emails. The process went very smoothly.
The day of the Installation, the Technicians were very punctual and we are really appreciated it. The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain the work has been done with details.
Gilbert with his team, Kelsey, Cory and Rigo did a stunning job removing and installing our brain new HVAC with a heat pump system. Wiring all electrical was carefully done, double checked cooling system and pressure without leaking, copper pipes well sealed, in furnace also well taken care of. Their estimation time for installation was exactly what they mentioned after inspecting the entire system at their arrival. Highly recommend Gilbert’s team, they are definitely exceeding our expectation. Every single one of technicians took great pride of their work and quality of the service is their high priority. We have been long time clients for over 20yrs. We are MVP members so we enjoy the benefits it provides for our household needs. They have expanded their services throughout the years. We have used them for multiple services ie. ceiling fan installation, water heater flush and of course new HVAC units. All their service technicians are very professional and friendly.

My furnace broke two days before Thanksgiving and I called Service Champions to come out and diagnose the issue. I reached a very friendly and helpful front desk assistant who setup the house call. David Urruria came out the next day, after I received a text notification, he was on his way, and I could even track his arrival time. David was very professional and explained (and showed me) the diagnoses steps he perform, and the end result was I had to replace the 23 years old furnace. Jim Landis, the sales consultant came out to my house the same day at 6pm (day before Thanksgiving) and assist me to pick the best model for my house size. I did not feel at any time that Jim was trying to “up sell” me a model I don’t really need. I trusted and felt so good about the interaction with Jim, that I nearly invited him for dinner 😊
The day after Thanksgiving, Juan Alvarado Vasquez and Antonio Venegas arrived on time and did a great job to install the new furnace, taking extra steps to ensure my floors are protected, before they started the installation. They were very professional, friendly, and left a very clean and neat installation.
I can definitely recommend Service Champions based on being very quick to respond to my service needs, being professional (and well dressed), addressing my needs …. rather than trying to make extra money for the customer, and overall great service by all 5 different employees I interacted with.
