The A/C stopped working. I called first thing Monday morning, they had a morning cancellation. Tech showed up with in 10 minutes of my phone call. The technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Beyond impressed. Highly recommend.

Richards does an amazing job for us not only at our Restaurant but also for our home. The service is execellent and the office staff are so helpful. They have come out for us at a moments notice. Cant say enough great things about them.

I had a full heating and air conditioning system replaced by Richards in 2022/23. Our old system was 20+ old and we have had various issues over the years. Richards gave us clear and quote for the replacement. It was a seamless process and the technicians were fantastic. Richards follow up and ongoing maintenance of the product is great.

Amazing service! Our heat pump stopped working on Friday and they squeezed us in on Monday right before this heat wave. The technician arrived early, let us know exactly what the problem was, got the system running, and it was incredibly cost effective and we're now happily on a maintenance plan. Couldn't be happier. I have used Richards Heating and Air’s services multiple times. We renovated our home and had new heating and air conditioning installed. Their team did a fantastic job. They get bonus points for finding leaks in our roof while they were up in the attic and alerting us to it. We were able to get a new roof in time so our renovation didn’t get ruined.
A couple years after that they installed a mini split in our master bedroom. I have terrible hot flashes and didn’t want to cool the whole house when I only need the one room to be cool for me. Best thing I ever did. 😊

We had our air conditioner go out. It was during a very hot time. We contacted Richard’s to repair but they were very busy repairing others. We went with a different company. That company came out 3 different times to try and fix it only to make the issue worse. I contacted Richard’s again. The technician Olim came to fix it. He really took his time to figure out the problem. He had it fixed in a couple hours and it’s working perfectly. I highly recommend Richard’s. We couldn’t be happier.

Richards Heating and air operation manager Lisa reached out to me in my time of need! Lisa offered for some one to come out immidily .I opted for a next day appointment Lisa put my on the schedule for the first appointment .I received multiple confirmation emails and text as well as one in the morning to remind me my technician Pete is en route now .
Pete was on time , knowledgeable and prepared . Pete had all the parts on hand and really took the time to figure things out . Pete checked both the heater and air conditioner unit and vents. Pete took the time to let the unit run for awhile "just to make sure" . Pete also tested the carbon monoxide levels around the house , unit and in vents to make sure our family and pets are safe! if you want a home town company who cares for the community I highly recommend Richards Heating and Air company .

I recently used Richard’s Heating and Air and the attentiveness and service exceeded my expectations. I left a voicemail after hours and they followed up the very next day and I was able to receive same day service. Al - my technician was also great providing a second opinion on substandard work I had received. Their prices were also very reasonable, particularly for R22/Freon for an older unit. I highly recommend them.

This review is overdue. We had our full HVAC replaced this last spring and decided to go with AIS after speaking with three different companies. AIS wasn't the cheapest quote but they were the fastest, most thorough and hands down the most responsive -- add to that, I appreciated the fact that it's a local business. It was 100% the right choice. Art was wonderful to work with when it came to pulling together the right system for our family needs -we have a two story house with serious temperature control issues, Art set us up with an outstanding heat pump that has been an absolute game changer, and Taylor and team were fast, friendly and professional when it came to installation. We recently had a minor issue that I called the office for and Taylor was out in less than 24 hours without a charge and quickly addressed the issue. We have been so incredibly happy with our new system and the quality of service we experienced working with AIS. I really couldn't recommend them enough for quality of both their work and customer service.

AIS just installed 3 split a/c units. They came on time, did the job in one day, cleaned up, and now we're cool. Couldn't have asked for a better job.
Update. We hired them again to install two split units upstairs. Ours is an old house so installing on the second floor required crawlspaces and cramped access to our circuit panels, but once again the service was excellent. The install team were clean and pleasant and left the house as they found it. Except for two air conditioners.

We got our AC installed and the furnace replaced with them in 2022. AIS folks were knowledgeable, provided great advice, and efficient with their time. We had a small permit issue with the AC being visible from the front of the house, and AIS was quick in getting the problem fixed so we can get the permit closed out. I also got the free 1-year checkup of the two units today with Michael H. He did a test run of the systems and checked the gas and electrical connections as well as our duct work with our new return. He was very helpful with providing tips for maintenance of the system.
