Dustin was very Professional and Friendly. He explained the problem and fixed it. He made sure before he left that the A/C unit was working properly. He was honest about the fact that it might need to be replaced in a couple years. I will definitely contact Richards again if that is the case. We actually know Richard himself from around our town so I'm glad that I thought of him as soon as we had a problem. Thanks again Dustin for your help.

Richard's is a long trusted, reliable contractor for all HVAC servcices. I hhave a client who is purchasing a home with an older system. They came out, went through the whole system, provided estimates for further necessary repairs, and even provided a quote for relocation of the furnace. All done on time and totally professional. I highly recomend.

Olim arrived at the appointed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck. He was very knowledgeable and soon had the system back up and running. The charges were very reasonable and I signed up for the semi-annual maintenance to address any problems in the future.

Estimate on new furnace/AC unit received within one day. Installation scheduled within one week and installed in less than a day. System works perfectly and installers were professional and very neat. The total cost was quite reasonable. Referred to me by a neighbor who was equally happy with their job.

Technician was friendly and quick to make the repair needed. Show-up and diagnosis cost was quoted at $124. Total price was nearly $400! Seemed really pricey for 50 minutes of work, as they charged $124 to show up and diagnose (took 20 minutes) and another $269 to install a $30 part in 20 minutes. I was told by their office that this is what the system tells them to charge and there was nothing they can do about it. I’d be sure to ask for pricing before they start work to make sure you are OK with the total. This way, you are not surprised like I was.

My AC broke on a very hot day. Richards came out within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I pestered the technician with a lot of questions and he was GREAT at answering them. Now I know a little about HVACs! I really appreciated the prompt and professional service by a very nice young man.

We have chosen Richards heating and AC to replace and move our furnace to the attic. We have done extensive research and got a quite a few quotes, but at the end, what made us make up our minds and choose Richards - is the way we were not pressured into agreement, but rather given time to make our own choice and were given quite honest feedback and explanations for how to choose best furnace/ AC combo to meet our needs. Its rarely when company takes time to thoroughly explain pros and cons about different models so we could understand our options.
We were scheduled for work pretty fast and are very happy with the way crew did their work. Jose, Cole and Olim were very professional and accommodative. Arrived on time and always cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the results: much quieter furnace and perfect flow from air registers.

Olin came by to give me a quote to install new heater and A\C. He was very good about working around my schedule. Quick and efficient. I have not received the quote yet, but so far happy with service. No complaints.

He was super friendly, knowledgeable and even showed me how to perform maintenance so my air conditioner continues to run properly. If I need repair again I’ll call Richard’s and ask for Joe!!

Three years ago when my AC broke Richards was the only company that would try to fix it without having to replace it. This year I ended up replacing my heater and air conditioner and went to the company that was there for me when I didn’t have the money to do the replacement. They did an excellent job with a comparatively priced unit with an excellent system. Highly recommend you give them a try

We have used Richard’s Heating & Air exclusively for over 5 years now. They have installed new HVAC equipment in my home as well as my commercial properties. Over the years they have scheduled and done repairs on several properties. Kaylin the Office Manager is always very courteous and professional. She is always very honest and does her best to get my repairs scheduled at the earliest availability. Olim is a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. I have never been disappointed when contracting any service with them. I have and will continue to recommend their services!

I like that Richard’s Heating & Air sent me email and text messages to confirm my appointment. I also got a text message telling me that the technician was on his way. This was very helpful. Our technician, Olim, was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem and was very thorough. He made sure our heater was running smoothly.

Highly recommend - honest and competent HVAC repair!

We called Richard's Heating & Air Repair after 2 other companies. One of these companies actually caused our issue (Barker Heating and Cooling) and the other company only seemed interested in selling us a new unit (Miller's Air Conditioning and Heating) - see separate reviews about both these other companies (do not use them!).

Pete, the repair tech, quickly found that the service disconnect needed to be replaced (loose, corroded and did not have a good connection). We actually noticed this when our AC first stopped working but Miller's never mentioned it. Pete also quickly diagnosed that all our issues could be from Barker adding too much freon. He started at the beginning and diagnosed the issues in a way that made sense (we had no issue with the AC unit, had our summer pre-season maintenance performed by Barker, they added freon and changed the capacitor, then we started having issues with our AC failing as soon as the temperature outside was high 90+ degrees). Pete removed "a lot" of freon and so far our AC is working again (if this post is not edited, assume it's still working).

We are so grateful for an honest, competent HVAC repair company before we spent any more money on a problem Barker caused and Miller's failed to diagnose. Richard's charged us the least but did the best work. Richard's Heating & Air Repair will be getting our continued business, and they should get your business too!!

Richards installed a new A/C unit and Furnace to replace our 25 year old failing system. I can not say anything negative about their service and value. The were on time, always acted in a professional and courteous manner. They completed the job. less time than anticipated and cleaned up after themselves very well. Also their price was better than the other quotes we got. I would certainly use them again if the need arises.

Our A/C started acting up a little bit so we called Richard's based on their good the reviews. The technician who came out was here for a while and gave our system a very thorough going over testing all equipment and functionality for faults. In the end he made a few adjustments and solved our issue without the need for additional work or expense. We were treated very professionally and honestly and I will be using Richard's again should the need arise.

Booking an appointment was so easy and convenient. Spoke with a lady from the office who was so patient, professional and polite, and was so pleasant to deal with. On the day of service, Dan (technician) was very professional, and respected our home by wearing mask and booties, and was patient in explaining everything to us. It was a very pleasant experience with Richard's. We'll definitely work with them again for our HVAC needs.
