They kept in touch with me on the schedule. Arrived when they said, were prepared and knowledgeable. The tech had the issue diagnosed in a few minutes in had it repaired in no time. He was courteous, wore a mask and shoe protection.

Jay is WONDERFUL!!! I have had 4 other people come out and look at my A/C, and they all could not find anything wrong with my brand new unit. Clearly there was something wrong because it was 95 degrees in my house during the summer for 3 years. Well Jay came out asked a couple questions, went straight to the machine, and saw oil on a pipe at the machine. He stated “this should not be here (oil) and there could be a leak where they soldered, if this were my home this is what I would fix”. I did not have high hopes since I had 4 other professionals before him, but he was my last hope. So I agreed to have him change a pipe and some valves. Well low and behold, I have had a working A/C ever since. It actually reaches 80 degrees in my house. and lower if I let it. I have never seen that temperature in my house ever!!! I am very grateful to Jay and every time I turn on my A/C I will think of him :)

Working with Braford was great. I was really worried about the cost to fix our Air Conditioning unit. They made it very easy and affordable. Thank you guys for helping me in a timely manner. I will recommend to friends and family.

The technician lacked a detailed understanding of my Trane AC unit, despite me confirming it was a Trane system when booking the appointment. I was charged $95 for a 10-minute assessment that didn't identify the exact issue. They said they would contact Trane and get back to me with the problem. Avoid this service if you have a Trane unit.

I Used Bradford and air to clean My dry vent. They showed up on time and got right on the job they had the job done in no time and very pleasant and knowledgeable. I most definitely will use Bradford and air again. Thank you guys! My dryer drys so fast now. Brenda

Bradford Air & Heating was highly recommended by our property manager. When I called Mr. Jay Bradford about our propery HVAC problem he was very courteous and professional. Jay went to the property by himself, as it was vacant, and checked out the whole system and proposed what needs to be done. By the time Jay was ready to do the job we had tenants in the propery. When Jay went to review the work with the tenants one of them was disrespectful and uncoperative. Jay handled them very respecctfully and professionally. We will definitely use Bradford Air & Heating for HAVC upgrade project and other HVAC issues.

I had my AC and heater replaced by Bradford 2 or 3 years ago. They were vert straitforward and did not try to oversell with 'deals' and 'bargains'. They gave me sevaral brand options at various price points and warranty options. I went with the off brand (much less expensive) and paid extra for a 10 year warranty. A little more than a year after purchase the thermostat broke. They came out pretty quickly and replaced it at no charge. I have not had any issues since then and both ac and heat work fine. I am writing this review now because they emailed me and asked me to give them a review.

Jay was referred to me by a close friend. He has done HVAC repair and installation of a new system over the past few years. I have always been very happy with his services and highly recommend him to my friends.

The workmen arrived on time. They both wore masks which I appreciated. My dryer duct was cleaned using a Prodessional device which they explained to me . They did a quick and efficient job. I also received a call from the owner to be sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall a very positive experience

These guys are very proficient in their field of work. They are very professional and courteous. I appreciated the work they did. They also left everything clean and wore booties to keep my rugs clean. That’s a big bonus and kudos for that one. Thank you Bradford Air & Heating.

Excellent service from start to finish! Had an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Troubleshooting was done quickly with several service packages to choose from. All reasonable for our needs. Very happy with the quick resolution and professional service. Will call them EVERY time we need service or maintenance!! Great to go with local people instead of corporate groups.

Jay of Bradford Air & Heating was professional and courteous. I am an out of state landlord and Jay helped us through replacing a furnace. He even went above and beyond by helping me find an asbestos abatement company after he found asbestos in the duct work. It was nice to have someone I could rely on that was trustworthy when I couldn't be there myself.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I appreciate their professionalism good value, good quality, and being on time. Michael did great work on putting in my new wall heater. I would recommend them to my friends and my family over and over again.

The guys at Bradford Heating and AC are amazing. Always great to find a good local Livermore contractor who is honest and professional. They showed up on time, gave a fair estimate and did the work the same day. The heater got fixed and my tenants are happy again! Will definitely be using these guys for any future HVAC work.

Jay came out the SAME DAY to diagnose AND service my AC unit! He was prompt, thorough, and affordable. Then at the end of the day, Jay called/texted personally to make sure the unit was up and running. Great service and his scheduler was wonderful getting him in quickly. I wanted to review this company even though they never serviced my heating unit. A blackout shut off my furnace a week ago, I called Bradford and the guy came out, but he said, "your house is new, the heater is still under warranty. I can service your heater but you probably can get the work done for free under warranty" which is exactly what happened. I appreciate the honesty this worker and company gave me. Thank you.
