Kevin from Millers came out and helped us turn an ancient zone heating and AC setup into something usable and installed a Nest Thermostat for us. Kevin was great and I would not hesitate to call Millers again.

Miller's has supported our home for many years.

There was a PG&E power surge that damaged our HVAC. Mike and the Miller team quickly came out to fix. Our controller board was cooked. The board was non-standard so they put in a temporary board while the exact model was rushed from the factory.

Then there is the rat story a year later. The HVAC was intermediately turning off. Miller's came out. A transformer was blowing out. After they replaced that they added a pop-up fuse to protect the transformer, nice commitment to quality.

Then the root cause was identified by Miller's. In a very remote spot in our 100 year old crawl space they determined that a rat had eaten the insulation off of the control causing periodic shorts.

The crawl space was sealed but a couple of years later it happened again. During peak summer heat Mike and Miller's got the air condition running on a Friday evening. I then replaced the control wires with ones that were metal cladded to provide protection against rats should they get back in the crawl space.

Miller's then came out on Labor Day and replaced the fuse that had blown before the new conduit was installed.

Their performance has been excellent.

I have used Miller's A/C and Heating throughout the last 30 years. The service I've received has consistently been top notch and professional. Larry Miller is the first person I call when I have heating, water heater, and A/C needs. Miller's is the best!

Great service by knowledgeable people. Also they are fare and have honest pricing. The installed our whole system and has maintained it and serviced it a few times. They do an amazing job. I especially appreciated the speed of time they got me in when I had an AC emergency in the 💯 degree weather. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Driver of the company vehicle drove like a maniac during work hours ~1:30p.m. Too fast for speed limit in neighborhood streets. Tailgating cars. Weaving in and out of traffic and cutting off other drivers. Witness it in traffic for a good 10 min. Even though I didn’t use their service but just base on these reckless behavior w/a company car during work hours, these alone I would not even call them for an estimate.

Got a heater issue which can't be identified by another company, so called Miller's for help. Kevin come to us and spend half hour to test each part, then find out the root cause. One week later he come back again with all replacements shipping arrived. Replace the broken ones and give all heater cooler fan a test to make sure them work well. Kevin did awesome work, while answered a lot of my questions. Thank you!

Miller's recently installed a high efficiency Bryant heating and air conditioner in our house. I am impressed with the final product. They completed the job fast and expertly. Their guys were in and out of here with little to no mess and they hauled away all of the old equipment and disposed of it. This unit is fantastic and half the noise of the old one. We actually added in a few accessories such as a tray for the easy changing of the filter, an air purifier, and a WIFI thermostat. What a great convenience to be able to turn on the heat before we get home and to check it when out of town. The air in the house smells cleaner too. Worth adding in the extras! Thanks again guys.

I’ve used Miller’s at my home and rental units for a number of years. They are quick to respond and seem honest in their repair assessments. I recently had Ori out to my condo in Pleasanton and he was very knowledgeable and professional in his repair skills. Larry, you’re not paying him enough!!!

I called Miller's because of our past experience with them. Ori Delgado was the tech who made the service call to assess our cooling system. He was professional and friendly, but more importantly he was very thorough and had some good and effective recommendations.

It took three calls over the course of two weeks to get someone to come take a look at my unit. The service technician was nice and informative. He told me the unit needed to be replaced. I called three more times throughout the following week to get a status update on my new unit. I never once heard from them. I will never use Miller's ever again.

Well, after 4 days with no A/C in this merciless heat, Millers Air Conditioning & Heating came to our rescue. Kevin arrived according to schedule, actually I was pleasantly surprised he was a little early. He got information quickly, then did his thing. He worked his magic and pretty much knew what was wrong within 15 minutes. He completed the repair and got us back up and running. Thank you Kevin and Miller's Air Conditioning & Heating!

My AC wasn't working so I called Larry. Once we connected, he came over the same day and got my AC working. I had called another service provider, who had told me that I would have to spend hundreds of dollars re-wiring my system. Larry was able to fix it quickly and in under an hour, for less than $100. He is professional, personable, and extremely responsive. I highly recommend him.

Of course, my 20 year old HVAC decided to stop working on a cold day this spring, and I had no idea who to call. After a quick google search, I decided to call Miller's because I had heard of them. You never know what you are going to get, and I do not have enough knowledge of HVAC to protect myself.
First, they could not give me an appointment until the afternoon, so they had someone drop off a space heater so I wouldn't freeze (bonus points). Second, Ori D., the technician, called early, and asked if he could come by sooner (more bonus points). Third, I was being very skeptical of everything he told me, but it was quickly apparent that he was being honest and looking at all my options. He was able to fix the unit, for minimal cost, and showed me with his camera where there was some wear in the unit, but not too bad yet.
I was very pleased with Ori's professionalism and generally helpful manner and never felt like he would try to "sell" more than was necessary.
I will always recommend Miller's and Ori in the future.

I got in touch with Miller’s due to my 34-year-old dual AC/Heating unit giving me problems. Larry Miller came out same day to diagnose the issue, but of course the unit worked perfectly while he was there. Larry spent over an hour troubleshooting and we ended the appointment with a probable fix and directions to monitor the issue and report back on my findings. Although the unit did work better after Larry’s troubleshooting, the issue still occurred, but less frequently. After consulting with Larry, I made the decision to replace the entire unit as the existing unit was old and most likely in need of replacement very shortly.

A week later I had a brand new unit and my AC is pumping without issue. Mike LeGate (highly recommended) worked his butt off getting the unit installed and up and running. He went above and beyond on the service side, even offering to get us a portable AC unit from his shop while he worked so we could have AC running in the house.

Bottom line, DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!! Miller’s is extremely fair, honest and knowledgeable. There is no need to look elsewhere!

We had our AC unit inspected for a routine maintenance before the hot summer arrived. Ori D. responded and was very professional, explained and showed me everything he was testing and answered all of my questions. It turned out all I needed was a new capacitor and that all of my other system was functioning properly. He was very respectful and polite, I would highly recommend Miller's for any HVAC issues.

Mike, Dan and the crew did a fantastic job! Even though my installation was odd and quite difficult to complete (furnace in the crawl space), they did a fantastic job! Everything was cleanly installed and not a sign of them being on site except for that sweet cool air. I would highly recommend their service.
