Matt did a great job at my furnace maintenance service.
While here, Matt discovered that my 15 year old water heater was leaking and suggested it be replaced. Matt was able to get replacement water heater available to be installed the next day.
Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Matt and Barker.

Very detailed about what needs to be done and followed up very good service. I reduced this from 5 to 3 because on the finish of the job they did not put the cover on the furnace. Then the outside panel that cover the furnace was put on upside down and incorrectly as well as leaving screws on the ground outside panel I had to go out and correct the issues.i don’t know what the inspector will think he sees the furnace cover just lying in there. Update it has been a couple months now but the Techs and Barker have been very good on responding very quickly and resolving all the issues. And changing the star rating to a 4. Pleas read post entirely has they have been excellent since the first issue

Had Ambient come out and install new A/C in our mobilehome the guys were terrific and did an amazing job it's wonderful now that on hot days we can enjoy our nice cool house. The day after installation received a follow up call wanting to know if everything was going ok. These guys are the best and would recommend them to anyone.

I chose to use this company because they were available to help me out on a Friday very cold night. Long story short we needed a new HVAC system. Because they were so helpful we went with them to install a new even to them system.

We chose to install a mini split system. It took longer than they expected to install. The tech installed the system incorrectly, they blew out several circuit boards. From day one the system never worked right. One of the techs even stepped through my attic into my garage. I was always having problems, one of the units would constantly ice over. This issue was later traced back to a mother board failure caused by improper installation. When it would melt the water would run down the wall and make a mess. Later I found out that these freeze/thaw cycles stressed out the condensation pumps. This caused premature pump failure. And I had to foot the bill. In three years I spent thousands of dollars for them to “fix” the system. After the warranty ran out, every problem I had with the system I had to pay for, and every issue they blamed me. And to add insult to injury I had to constantly call them to order the parts, schedule appointments to do the work. No other company would touch the system, I was stuck. I am so happy I sold that house. I’m so relieved I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

I've used this company for 6-10 years and they replaced our whole HVAC system in 2018 and we're just out during the last heatwave (although cooler) to replace a failed capacitor.

I'm giving 2 stars because while they do 5 star work and are available when it's not an emergency in a fairly timely manner (hours on a busy day), they advertise 24/7 emergency service but apparently that only applies to commercial properties as I when I called on a Saturday when it was 107 outside and almost 90 inside by the time I noticed and got a hold of someone (and climbing), I was td that there were no residential techs available on the weekend.

They did say if a commercial tech becomes available they'll add me got he list for a call back.

This company is awesome, I trust them with all of my heating and air conditioning needs. If you want it done right go with Miller's

Miller’s replaced my air conditioner in one day with a better unit, more efficient, great price could not be happier. A company you can certainly trust.

Over the last few weeks, the air condition system in my daughter's home in Livermore has failed---it is no surprise it is near 20 years old---Miller Co has repaired it very quickly in the past but the old unit is DOA----A few weeks ago, I had JIM WILLIS come out and do a new unit replace and design for the house--Jim was absolutely top drawer in presenting a design and quote that I accepted---Install was promised in about 10 days----Today, as PROMISED, Miller technician, DAVE MAYHEW arrived with new unit and his tools and expertise ready to go---over the next few hours, Dave proved he is a very competent and able tech--he installed the new unit and thermostat and it took only minutes to watch the temp go down---I commend Jim and Dave as well as Miller Co for having such excellent representatives and service---On a scale of 5 STARS I give them 10! Bob Woods, Livermore.

On Tuesday, I called for an appt., and was pleasantly surprised they had a technician available to arrive on Thursday between 10:30-12:30. Ori arrived around 10:30 and completed the work needed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a mini-split installed by Millers, and they did a great job. I was impressed with their teamwork to get the job done on time.
