I was extremely impressed with Service Experts, but especially Jim Cox. Luckily, he was able to come out on the same day that the unit failed, since it was nearly 100°. Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough in everything that he did. He was also fair in his assessment of everything that he discussed or suggested. Service Experts is lucky to have such an excellent technician.

David visited our home today to provide a quote and his introduction immediately put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable about what was required for what we were seeking and also informed us about other services that the company offered that we were not aware of.

Dylan is so great as always. Very thorough on his inspections and very friendly and polite. He explained every details that he did, and his recommendations as well. We appreciate his hardwork, and kindness very much. Hope we see him again on our next inspection.

We've had a maintenance plan with Service Experts for many years and every maintenance visit has been more than satisfactory. Today the service appointment with Youkhana and Oscar was pleasant, professional, and thorough as expected. Something else I like; shortly before the appointment, Service Experts sends an email providing the technician's name and ETA so you know who to expect and when.

Josh responded on today's date and was able to connect our Wi-Fi to an older version of thermostat. He was quite personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His work was most appreciated.

Our thermostat went out and they were able to squeeze us in on the same day to come replace it. Prior to replacing it they even walked us through several troubling shooting steps on the phone. Overall, very accommodating and responsive. Great service.

We needed the old furnace replaced and Barker Heating & Cooling were in contact right away and professional.
They sent one of their technicians over, his name is Phillip, he was very professional and courteous. The furnace was in the basement and it was over 35 years old, it was hot under the house, and I believed it was a job for two people, however Phillip did a wonderful job all by himself. He explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. Also the air condition has not worked for a while, when I told Phillip about it, he replaced the thermostat and was able to get not only the heater but also the air conditioning.
My 81 year old mom was ecstatic with Phillip’s service.
We both highly recommend Barker Heating & Cooling and Phillip.

Technical arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable, and offered helpful information. Unfortunately, we had no power to our system. No cost for checking our system.

It was very basic maintenance. I wish at least replaced the air filter. The tech was very polite and respectful though. He water washed our AC unit outside the house.

Matthew was very thorough, courteous, and professional. quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace and fixed it. Highly recommended.
