Eagle Air is excellent. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. Both Timothy and Howard have completed the service maintenance for us on the furnace and the AC and have offered useful tips on how to keep the systems working properly. I highly recommend Eagle Air.

My QuietCool remote unpaired from the main unit and stopped working. The technician climbed in my attic and got it re-paired and working for me, same day and under 100 bucks. Very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Great company 👌

Rafael provided very courteous and quick (same-day) repair of my Lennox all-electric heat pump system. I was very comfortable with his diagnosis, patient explanation, and ability to obtain/install the needed relay from a local Lennox supply center in just a few hours.

I consistently get great service from Eagle Air, which handles tune-ups and maintenance for our home’s HVAC via a service plan. Techs have given me good advice without selling me stuff I don’t need. Today’s service was with Tim, who was on time, friendly, and gave me great info.

Our Technician, Deron, was professional, polite and communicated with me at every step through the diagnostic process - including pictures he took along the way. I felt very confident about both his abilities and that his recommendations were fully honest and backed by knowledge and experience.

Timothy was absolutely wonderful! Prompt, courteous, and efficient. He was in and out in less than an hour after inspecting and cleaning our heater system and informing us that everything looked fine. Highly recommend!

Day 1 I moved into my home and the ac was just running even though it was turned off. I got same day service, Alejandro arrived within the time frame (2 hour window) he was courteous, friendly and was able to find the problem in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue. We signed up with their maintenance program which gave me a discount on the repair. I forgot the name of the CSR who booked the call but I want to also give her a shout out for giving excellent customer service.

Although we aren't quite sure we are out of the woods yet, but our system is up and running so far and thats a plus! Our technician Rafael was great - very friendly and up front with his thoughts of what could be the issue. Would definitely recommend calling Eagle Air for your HVAC needs.

We’ve had several different technicians over the years and they’ve always been friendly, down-to-earth and knowledgeable; while they’ll let you know recommendations for your system, I’ve never felt like they try to upsell you. I’m a happy multi-year customer and intend to keep it that way.

Dylan was the technician assigned to perform our AC service maintenance. He was thorough with his assessment and attention to detail checking out the main unit as well as the temperature air flow quality in every room of our house. He is personable and provided recommendations to improve the longevity of our HVAC system. We were very pleased with the service that he provided.

They arranged the appointment on the day I called and two experts came then fixed HVAC function right away and informed what was the problem. Also checked the water(year and status) heater and provided and explined better or valuable maintenance options. Two experts saved my time and the price looks reasonable.

Dylan arrived within the two hour window we agreed upon. He called us a half hour before arriving. Dylan wore shoe covers when entering the house. He was a diligent worker and was very personable; explaining what he was doing and what he was seeing. We ended up replacing a capacitor; our old one lasted fourteen/fifteen years. Dylan provided one of the best heater services we have ever received. Extremely thorough, photos and videos of our attic unit, changed and dated the filters, and then checked all the register temps. Very courteous and conscientious about booties! Always appreciated. Highly recommend Service Experts for competence and courtesy, they are great.
