Eagle Air was fast to respond to my request for help, charged a reasonable fee and were very courteous both on the phone and in person. Michael Smith solved my issue fast, was very respectful (used booties in the house, etc.), professional and nice. Very happy with the service and treatment I receive from Eagle Air.

Update: Deron was able to find the switch and make the repair a couple weeks later! After being ghosted by the original installing company, it's been frustrating finding another company that could help with the repair. Honestly, if Deron told me that the system was completely broke and I needed a full reinstall, I would have believed him. BUT he and Eagle Air were able to offer a repair instead and save me a significant amount of money so I appreciate it a lot!

Deron was punctual, polite and had a good work ethic. He wasn’t able to fix my whole house fan on the spot but was able to diagnose a faulty switch. Waiting to see if he can find the part and make the repair 👍

Deron was an exceptional technician! Very thorough, clearly explained the problem and what it would take to fix it. Very polite and generally an awesome tech! I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Eagle Air and their techs, this time was no different.

Liam was on time and friendly. He cleaned my dryer vent and advised me on the next time I need to have it done. I will use Eagle Air next time.

We had our system repaired by Eagle Air and quickly knew we wanted them to continue to provide the maintenance on our system. They are an honest companies that aren’t trying to rip you off like the others that came here last winter. I had my six month service today. The recommendations and suggestion on how to keep this older unit performing at its prime, were fair and reasonable. No gimmick or upselling.

Timothy B was our technician today. He was on time, respectful of our house (took his shoes off), efficient and willing to answer any of our questions. The A/C maintenance confirmed that we are in good shape for summer. Thanks Timothy!

Alejandro S (and his trainer/mentor) was out in March to do our heater maintenance. I would give all the same compliments to them as I gave above for Timothy. In March we purchased the $198 package that included maintenance for both our heater & A/C.
I appreciate the honesty of the technicians at Eagle Air and I also find the pictures on the reports to be very helpful as a resource. We have been warned that our 19 year old heating unit is aging well, but we need to be prepared for an upcoming replacement in the future, which doesn't warrant pouring funds into this one.
The administration at Eagle Air is great too, they have called ahead to reschedule and the text messages are very helpful!

Eagle Air Conditioning Repair arrived before the scheduled time window. I received a report and invoice promptly. The job is not finished but I have confidence they will do a good job.

Eagle Air is a reliable, professional and trustworthy company. We had a new AC unit & duct work installed 3 years ago. They maintain the unit with yearly services with friendly reminders. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, up front and courteous. Highly recommend them!

My maintenance appointment was easy and painless. Tim did a wonderful job explaining what he would be doing on site and also gave me some useful tips on filters. Would recommend.

While I only paid a small fee for the evaluation... Why is HVAC pricing so high? How big a profit margin do these companies need?

Went there after work about a noisy unit and their tech came fast. He explained simply, fixed it on the spot, and the house cooled again quickly. Friendly crew and fair pricing.

Tim did a great job and took time to explain everything and give a few insights into furnace filters. I used Eagle Air to replace the entire HVAC system in two houses and am very satisfied.

The Eagle Air team and team member Alejandro were excellent as always! Alejandro did a thorough inspection of our heating unit; told us two areas that are not up to the current codes; priced those items for us; put new, stronger, thicker insulation around our AC suction line (much better than the old insulation that had deteriorated) - and was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and comprehensive in explaining every part of the service. We are so glad we are working with Eagle Air and their team on our HVAC needs! Thanks to all of you!
