We had Swift and Company install a heat pump in our home over the holidays .Aaron and Nick were both great communicators. The work was done in a timely manner. All areas of work both inside and out were left clean and picked up.
The unit is saving us money .

I wish I had started working with Eagle Air years ago! It was really easy to get an appointment set up over Yelp messaging, and Trevor arrived during the 2-hour appointment window as promised. The most important thing is that I felt that Trevor was trustworthy. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to purchase something I didn't need, and I felt the prices were quite fair for the level of service provided. I highly recommend this company!

Trevor is amazing his customer service is outstanding not to mention his knowledge of the systems. In fact he is the # one reason I use Eagle Air. Integrity and honesty is how I describe him which reflects on their company. Eagle Air is lucky to have him!

Timothy was excellent! He quickly grasped my situation (upstairs A/C unit lost most of it's refrigerant) and offered sensible advice as to next steps. Knowing I was facing an expenditure of thousands of dollars (based on initial diagnosis from other HVAC company) I wanted to confirm the diagnosis and get competitive pricing to address the issue. Timothy suggested an appropriate course of action and called his office to set up an appointment for me the next day to have an estimator come over to prepare a quote.
Timothy was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a terrible experience with Eagle Air Conditioning in Livermore. I reached out through Yelp for an issue with my LG mini-split not heating. Their technician came out, took a quick look at the system, and admitted they couldn't pinpoint the issue. Instead, they recommended replacing the entire system, claiming repairs could run into the thousands with no guarantees.

I requested a quote for the replacement, and the price was shocking—over $25K, including financing options! To make matters worse, the technician outright said they don’t recommend LG systems, which felt unprofessional and biased. They also quoted $335 per pound for refrigerant, which was ridiculously overpriced.

Thankfully, I contacted my regular technician from Urban City Mechanical. They came out, identified the actual issue (a refrigerant leak), fixed it, and refilled the refrigerant—all for $1,600. They charged $90 per pound for the same refrigerant Eagle quoted at $335!

This experience felt like either incompetence or a blatant attempt to upsell me on an overpriced system. I even lost the $99 service fee for them to "diagnose" the problem and misguide me. I’m just glad I didn’t fall for it. I cannot recommend Eagle Air Conditioning and will not use their services again.

Tim B. came out to service my a/c unit, which as it turned out had not broken down. Tim explained that there was a high temp shutoff sensor in the compressor that reset itself once cooled down. Even though Tim didn't need to do anything he still spent time explaining what I should look for in a new system (mine is 28 years old!) since I expect it will need to be replaced sooner than later. Greg, the Eagle Air estimator, came later the same day, spent quality time with me, and then followed up quickly with an estimate. I'm very happy with the service and interaction with both individuals!

I called to have a capacitor replaced on my AC unit and was told the serviceman was close by and could be here within 15 minutes. Nobody gets service like that! The part was pretty pricey but the job was done perfectly and we are good to go. Thanks Eagle Air!

Because of the great service Eagle Air has provided in the past we decided to purchase a new heater through them. Within a week we had a new heater installed by great technicians. Our neighbors also decided on Eagle Air to replace their heater as well. One other neighbor had Eagle Air at their house the next day. Good company!

Very positive interaction with Eagle. I like their notification system. It really helps to remind me about the appointment next day and knowing exactly who the technician is by a brief introduction about the technician.

The company as a whole seems very organized. They communicate well and are very prompt. Very happy with the service and I will definitely keep this annual maintenance contract with Eagle Air.

I've worked for years with Eagle Air. All has gone well. Personnel are pleasant and professional, responsive. Highly recommended. Just swapped out my old thermostat for a WiFi device...easier to operate and works remotely. Customer service beyond compare. Various Eagle personnel allotted hours of free time to a thermostat nightmare I'm having. They're going to make it right for me.

I highly recommend Eagle Air. They have done several maintenance jobs for me on my HVAC. They have been consistently professional from the customer service phone calls to the HVAC professionals who provided the technical expertise. They always arrived on time, have been friendly, taken time to hear and understand the problem, and did a complete job. Howard came out this week and did a phenomenal job tracing a low voltage issue and fixing the underlying issue. Timothy has also provided AC service and has been excellent to work with. Eagle Air is my go to for HVAC.

Eagle Air Technician Timothy Bolger was on time and answered all my questions about my Trane heat pump system while he worked to verify the system status in a periodic checkup. A very good visit!

I signed up for the bi-annual HVAC maintenance service and so far they have been great. They call me to schedule so I don’t have to remember I prepaid for this but never use it. The two technicians were very professional and explained the issues they see and were honest about replacement vs sticking with what I have.

Eagle Air installed a new AC and furnace at our home on October 2021. I am very happy with how this has all worked out. Our sales consultant did an excellent job of helping us choose the right system. It is efficient and makes our home a much more comfortable place to live in. During the installation a special modification to enlarge the ventilation intake grill was needed; Eagle Air took the initiative to get this done for us. Very pleased with the whole installation process. We use Eagle Air to maintain our system with visits 2 times per year. They are thorough and courteous.

Eagle Air performed a service on our HVAC compressor unit and the work was completed quickly. Liam explained all work, the reason for each issue and the resolution. We were also provided a full breakdown of the system analytics. Could not be happier with the service and knowledge of the staff at Eagle Air.

It was the end of June, 2024 when I called Eagle Air to look at why my central air was freezing up. They were able to get me scheduled the next day. After an evaluation of my system, it was confirmed something I was suspicious of – I had a leak and it was going to be expensive to chase down and repair. This had been a yearly thing for many years, so I decided to replace and upgrade my entire system.
That same day, the sales estimator came out and we discussed my needs which was completely dependent on being able to keep my Honeywell Zone Controller. I wanted a dual fuel system that would allow me to choose electric or gas for heating in the winter. I was informed if I wanted to keep my Honeywell system that I would be limited to single or two stage systems. I settled on a Trane XL17i Two Stage 4 Ton Heat Pump and S9X2 95% / 96% 2 Stage Gas Furnace with a Multi speed Motor.
I obtained two additional estimates for other companies on the same exact equipment. I decided to go with Eagle mostly based that they would keep my current system working until they could install the new one. We had several 100+F days – we needed A/C.
It was a very complicated install and it took Eagle a few visits to work out the bugs, but in the end, we have a true dual fuel HVAC that works great!
