Superior came out and fixed our heater the day after we called them. They kept us informed of all of their findings on our 28 year old system. They provided good old fashioned honest service at a fair price. Very pleased.

Soul came today to service our A/C and heating units. He was friendly, did a complete inspection gave us a review and asked if we had any questions. His explanation of work performed was great to hear!

Their maintenance is great and worth it. You spend so much for these complex HVAC systems. I tried to self diagnose and just didn’t have the years of experience I needed.
O.T. Came out the day after I called because of a strange sound. He was great, answered all my question, very patiently. Tip: do purchase your semi-annual air filters from outside, like Amazon before you schedule your 6 month maintenance. You can save $40 each. And they will install them no charge

Our crew of installers were prompt, cordial, clean and knowledgeable. We felt like they really knew what they were doing and hopefully did a great job. We think so at this point.
The installation of our thermostats still needs a bit of explanation but we love the Ecobee and how it works. Thanks Superior!

This company installed my hot water heater that they relocated from the garage to the backyard. I had very little break is use of hot water. I asked when they were going to finish with the hot water heater. Didn't realize they had already completed the relocation. They also, removed and installed a new heating unit, ducts, thermostat. Ceasars, Milton and Isiah Johnson are a few of the workers that completed the heater and hot water heater at my home. I would definitely recommend them to replace and/or repair your heating, cooling and plumbing at your home. I'm extremely satisfied with how professional, friendly, punctual, courteous they are.

Isaia Johnson came out to do an inspection on my water heater. It had just been installed by two other of your men who did a great job. Isaiah had to hang out a bit waiting for the city to show up. He was so friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. He is really valuable to his company. Great job!

Milton, Saul and Julio worked well together. They stayed on task for 3 days. Milton did a good job as lead tech -- showing Saul and Julio the best methods and ways to work with the mechanical and electrical aspects of the project.

Alex was responsive and prompt with quotes, product info. and call backs.

We really like the products selected by Alex. No more gas to heat the house. We especially like the new electronic air filter and UV light.

I was very pleased with the service I received from OT and Superoir Mechanical. I was called before they came. OT gave great customer service. He help me set up the app on my phone, which I was having problems with, and explain settings on my system. I would definitely recommend superior mechanical thank you.

Milton and Saul did a fantastic job installing our new heating/cooling system. I have an older home that required a bit more work to replace my original floor furnace with a new mini-split system yet they were able to complete the work on time, and with minimal disruption to my home.
