Had a heater that wouldn’t turn on. Todd quickly got someone out the same day. Clearly explained what was wrong and had the part to fix it. Warm again! Would recommend Awesome HVAC to everyone!

Todd truly is awesome. Replaced my 1989 a/c unit and was efficient and on time. Clean and trustworthy. It works great and is quiet. Todd saved the day. The old unit couldn't cool anymore and freon didn't work.. it's nice to be comfortable again! Thanks Todd!

We recently moved into a condominium and we noticed Awesome's service truck at a neighbor's. That was a strong reference for us. We needed a system checkup and we called to inquire. Todd made the arrangements, Dave and Pete arrived as scheduled and inspected the system. They checked the inside and outside units; and they explained what preventative maintenance would keep the system healthy. We appreciated the prompt service and thorough explanation of our system.

It’s all in the name, Awesome came over late afternoon on a Friday. With their knowledge they were not only able to diagnose, but also repair my AC before the weekend. Will definitely use them again.

Todd from Awesome Heating and Air was AWESOME. Our A/C went down during the 106° heatwave and we called Awesome. Todd came by, the same day, on his way home from another job. He not only quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, but was able to source a blower that was going to be available quickly. Todd came back as soon as the motor was available and replaced it quickly. He was such a nice guy and while I hope to not have to call him again soon, I definitely would!

First of all I want to start off by saying I'm not an employee, family member, or friend. Awesome Heating and Air is the perfect name for this company. I called them on a Sunday and Todd called back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, quickly identified the problem. He had to get the part in Concord so he said he'd be back late that afternoon to install it. He was there around 3:30 and was able to fix it quickly. Todd was awesome. I highly recommend them and if I have any HVAC issues in the future, I will call them first.

Cannot emphasize how trustworthy and reliable Awesome heating and air conditioning inc is. I notice my heating unit was not working, hence called my home warranty and they suggested their own HVAC company. Long story short the HVAC company looked at the unit for ~30mins and mentioned that I have to replace my whole unit... The recommendation seemed questionable. So I looked for another HVAC company to get a second opinion and I am so grateful to have found Awesome Heating and Air Conditioning. I called to schedule an appointment and Todd was able to stop by same day. You can tell he has years of experience in this field and has technical assessment skills down because he was able to figure out the issue the moment he evaluated the unit. Turns out the pilot light just needed to be lit. He kindly explain to me what to do next time and answer any questions I had. My heater works perfectly fine and my house is warm now.

Very professional and hard working team. We replaced our flexible ducting system to a rigid system. The team had to work in some tight spaces. Came on time, were very clean and considerate and such nice guys overall. Dano, who provided the estimate was knowledgeable and a good problem solver.

During this awful heat wave, our AC stopped working late last Saturday. I called numerous places first thing Monday AM and received a prompt reply from Superior. Their very kind estimator came out a few hours later, gave us a quote by that afternoon, which we accepted, and got us on the schedule for a few days later.
The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and worked tirelessly in the extreme heat for a day and a half installing our new HVAC system. They kept us informed and when completed explained all the new components, answered our questions and left the entire garage work space spotless.
I would highly recommend Superior to anyone needing similar services!

Rico from Superior Mechanical visited for my scheduled home HVAC maintenance. He was methodical and thorough. He also left notes on my customer invoice copy to reference for the next scheduled visit including a UV lamp that was supposed to be replaced, but the part was not given to him prior to his visit.

The 2 guys (Oscar and Cesar) were nice, polite young men, and did the work efficiently and explained very well what they came to my home to do.

These guys helped me in putting new Furnace and Water Heater in a very timely, professionaly, good quality and followed all the covid precautions. All the professionals there are very responsive, specially Joe, Judy and ALL who put the Furnace/Water heater. I really appreciate their help and recommend them for any HVAC and other services. These guys were fantastic. Alex was very confident in their quote and service offered when I told him I'd shop around. I ultimately ended up selecting them after vetting with three other vendors and my neighbor also vouched for their work. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and didn't try and oversell the HVAC we needed. They finished as promised and with high quality.

I have used their services on two occasions. The first time was because our ac stopped working (of course, when it blistering hot outside!). I made an appointment and their technician was at my house EARLY - what a nice change! He fixed the problem quickly. The second time was because the builder had not installed the condensate drain line correctly. Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you
