Called to have faucet replaced in sink. They showed up without a faucet and said they would only install their own. Said they would be back in a week at 9am. A week later we called back and they told us they had no record of an appointment for us. We canceled our request with them. We will never use them again. They are incompetant.

Jovon was very detail oriented and asked me a few awesome questions about my HVAC solution. He also identified some improvements that can be made to help make my main living space more comfortable. He did an awesome job.

Great service, technician did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and explained services performed and gave us tips to have our house more energy efficient.

Ethan came to our house to perform the annual maintenance of our HVAC system. He was very informative about what he noticed. He didn't try to upsell anything. He sat down with me at the end of the service and went over all of the pictures that he took. I was very happy with his service and demeanor. I would love to have him come back to service our home.

Saad the salesman was good at explaining the various HVAC replacement options. The technicians did a good job installing the system the next day. However, the quality of the folks that answer the phone has degraded significantly, and yesterday I called twice and the operators weren't helpful and the second one was rude and hung up on me. Nor were they able to connect us to a "technician" to answer a simple question about the thermostat. The operators clearly need some basic training.

Although confronted with a few challenges while installing my new thermostat my technician, Cameron, quickly and efficiently completed the process with ease. He also took the time to ensure that I completely understood how to use the new device before departure. I would highly recommend Service Champions for any of your furnace or air conditioning servicing or repairs.

I contacted Service Champions to get an estimate on replacing my HVAC system. A technician came to my home, he was very professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend their services.

The problem was completely misdiagnosed. The automatic shut off gas valve was activated by a recent earthquake. The service person did not examine the shut off valve to determine it was closed. Instead he said the gas valve associated with our heater needed to be replaced for over $800. In addition he recommended we replace the heat exchanger and two motors on the furnace for a grand total over $7K. The problem was fixed with a flat head screw driver to simply open the automatic shut off valve

I had a small leak under the bathroom sink. It was not an emergency situation. I was making an appointment for HVAC maintenance when the plumbing services were mentioned and I made an appointment, which was the next day (very quick). The repairman was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked that there was a lot of communication about him and his arrival time, which was within the service window. I was shocked at the cost of more than $600 (which included the $39 appointment fee) for what would appear to me to be a minor fix. But I agreed to the cost since he was there and I haven't needed plumbing services for many years; didn't know if the plumber I used in the past was still in business and services do cost more now days. It was fixed within two hours; the repair man had all the needed parts.

Service Champions lived up to their name, with service by Christian, above and beyond my expectations. He even provided me with a much appreciated space heater to help combat the cold weather while waiting for the needed part for my furnace to be delivered. Neat, polite, efficient and very helpful. Carlos was great. Came on time, fixed the leak I had behind my bathtub, and gave me options on how to go about updating my system. I would happily recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

We had another excellent service call from Service Champions! This time our technician was Cesar Santos. Cesar was the ultimate professional: on time; neat and clean; attentive listener; explained everything that he did and why it was done; made two recommendations for me to consider (without pressuring me to have it done immediately); checked and checked again that everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the job; and he left after cleaning up perfectly. I am always impressed with the techncians from Service Champions! I have the Maintenance Value Plan (MVP) and I highly recommend this program. It is worth every penny. Simply put, Service Champions is THE BEST!

Our furnace stopped working properly a few days ago. We decided to try Service Champions. We were able to make an appt for the next day. Cameron came out, was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He showed me pictures and explained everything he did (our furnace is in the attic). We'll definitely call Service Champions again!

Adam has been in my home for yeara servicing my furnace. He is always a pleasure and pleasant; thoughtful and courteous. He informs me of concerns and makes appropriate recommendations on how best to maintain my equipment. I have been pleased with their service for the 15 years I have been a customer.

The technician and safety officer were both on top of the servicing of my furnace. Thoroughly inspected my old system and the AC. Devised a plan to get my heat operating again and addressed needed repairs and replacements. These guys were professional and friendly, courteous and informative. Spent a long time discussing options and helped me out in their reasonable MVP plan for any future repairs. Could not have asked for better communication and service. So glad I called Service Champions instead of another local guy. Highly recommend.

I was shopping around to replace my water heater. i've had good experiences with Service Champions before so I asked them to make a proposal. While their people have all been exceptionally professional and polite, the bid I got from them for a tankless water heater was ridiculous. Shopping around I was able to get a higher end model of Navien tankless water heater (the same brand they use) and installed for roughly 60% of what they quoted me. I'll work with them in the future but it definitely pays to shop around, especially in these tougher financial times.
